BIOGRAPHY:

Dilbert Cotton was born to a family of wealthy spicers on the planet of Dilbana in the Outer Rim, along the trade route known as "Hutt Highway." Dilbert inherited his family's spice dealing business and using the credits he made on drug trafficking, began to veer out into bigger organized crime ventures, like controlling all of Dilbana's shadow ports. Although he has operatives all over the Outer Rim, Dilbert of Dilbana is rarely ever seen in public and it is rumored that he operates out of an impenetrable stronghold somewhere in the middle of Dilbana's swamp lands.
