GENERAL INFORMATION:
Group Name: Diarchy Conscript Battalion – Trevel'ka Draft #47
Classification: Conscript Infantry
Affiliation: Diarchy (seconded to Darth Virelia by order of Diarch Rellik Diarch Rellik )

Description:

Trevel'ka Draft #47 is a regiment of Diarchy conscripts sourced from the anarchic megaslums of Trevel'ka. Though pulled from one of the most unstable, overpopulated, and ecologically collapsed worlds in the Unknown Regions, these troops are no rabble. Recruited from syndicate survivors, former pit-fighters, failed ganglords, and desperate refugees, they have been subjected to accelerated conditioning and rigorous Diarch military discipline.

What they lack in polish, they make up for in grit, aggression, and adaptability. Their armor is matte gunmetal, marked only by numeric stencils—no banners, no nickname, no legacy. They fight under orders, not ideals. Virelia favors them not for their loyalty, but for their function—they follow orders, hit hard, and die without hesitation.

UNIT INFORMATION

Unit Size:
Medium
Unit Availability: Uncommon
Unit Experience: Trained

Equipment:

  • Modular Blaster Rifles (collapsible stocks, underslung attachments)
  • Lightweight composite body armor with chemical seals
  • Thermal suppression capes for urban or ash-covered terrain
  • Fragmentation, concussion, and smoke grenades
  • Shock-absorbing exo-boots (standard issue due to Trevel'ka's higher gravity)
  • Arm-mounted HUD units with encrypted datafeeds from command
  • Detachable breaching tools and emergency med injectors
Combat Function:
Draft #47 operates as a flexible infantry battalion capable of adapting to trench, urban, or assault warfare. Deployed in fire teams and squads with built-in redundancy, they excel at suppression, flanking maneuvers, and overwhelming close-range violence. They are often inserted into contested zones as forward screeners, shock troopers, or tactical "problem solvers" when Virelia requires muscle with minimal investment.

Though nominally Diarchy forces, their command authority has been temporarily ceded to Virelia's officers. She has begun evaluating them not only as reinforcements, but as a test case—proof that a regiment raised from chaos can be shaped into a precision instrument.

Force Abilities: N/A

Strengths:
  • Urban-Crisis Hardened: Recruited from one of the most dangerous failed states in the Unknown Regions, these conscripts are naturally resilient, aggressive, and fast-adapting.
  • Well Equipped: Despite their origin, the unit is outfitted with Diarchy-standard gear and advanced tactical interfaces courtesy of their current command structure.

Weaknesses:
  • Fragile Discipline: Their cohesion holds under command but frays in isolation or without strong leadership presence. Morale depends on momentum.
  • Political Complexity: As a loaned force, they remain politically tied to the Diarchy; too much loss, misuse, or conversion could sour future cooperation.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Following Darth Virelia's private accord with Diarch Rellik, a limited number of military assets were transferred to her temporary command for operational use in the Velgrath campaign. Draft #47 was among the first of these—the product of a desperate recruitment effort from Trevel'ka's chaotic urban ruins.

Recruits were chosen not for loyalty or pedigree, but for survivability: able-bodied outlaws, orphaned scavengers, failed warlords, and broken veterans of Trevel'ka's dozens of civil wars. After Diarchy processing, reconditioning, and refitting, they were molded into a disciplined unit under the eye of Virelia's logistics and tactics officers.
