Strengths and Weaknesses
+ Built to kill: Like all HK droids, DHK-51 was created with the soul directive of killing. It shows no mercy, no remorse for those who end up in his scopes.
+ Relentless: When DHK-51 is given an order, he will, without a seconds hesitation, follow that order to the end. This allows it to hunt targets for long periods of time, as well as get jobs done relatively quickly.
- Unstable: DHK-51 programming has been tampered with so that it has some idea of free will. However, this has caused it to become rather unstable, often threatening others, or, in serious cases, killing them in random, murderous fits.
- Controllable: Like all droids, DHK-51 was made to serve organics. Although he does have some free will, it is still controlled by a master, being whoever has hired him.
Appearance
Unlike the HK droids before it, DHK-51 has Phrik grey armour plating, with orange highlights spreed across the body. Its sensors are yellow, and its head is slightly covered by dirt and sand. It stands at a height of 5'9, and weights 108 kg, making it rather intimidating to look at. On its back it carries a Colicoid Stealth-X sniper rifle, as well as a E-111 Stealth-X Saboteur blaster rifle.
Biography
DHK-51 was created by Czerka as part of their HK-51 Series Assassin Droid line. It was bought by a minor lord on Alderaan, and used extensively to kill members of rival lords. When this lord was killed in retaliation to one of these assassination, DHK-51 was taken and sold to a droid merchant. This merchant, not knowing that he had, in his possession, a HK-51, decided to tamper with DHK-51's programming. In doing so, he accidentally gave the droid an understanding, and want, for free will. DHK killed the merchant soon after, and got passage off world by acting as a protocol droid. It has traveled the galaxy ever since, working for employers as an assassin.
