BIOGRAPHY:
Was born on a planet not really noteworthy and soon moved on to Corellia with his family. Was born to a completely civilian family -- his mother was a doctor and father an engineer for a little company which produced speeders. The life of this kid wasn't anything notable. Raised as a single kid in a middle class family, he didn't really get everything he wanted, but he was definitely privileged.
However, the real change happened when the teenager moved out of home. The family thought it would be a really good thing to have the kid move out of home from a rather young age, just like it had always been in the family. So in his late teens, Devyn was already living in his own place, free from his parents' restrictions.
And foolish as he was, he joined the Galactic Alliance.
What is remarkable is how Devyn was raised. His mother and father really cared for his wellbeing, so they taught him everything they could about survival, even going past the point of being a civilian. They got some fine soldiers and survival teachers, as well as physical trainers to make their boy somebody who would survive.
Why did they do that, one may ask? Well, that's not really publicly known information. Guess they just wanted their kid to become a soldier. Which kind of happened when the kid joined the faction.
