Denon's Hardlight Menagerie – The Galaxy in Every Tier
The holo-feed opens with a breathtaking vertical drop through a massive, refurbished ventilation shaft in the heart of District 6. What was once a soot-stained industrial void has been transformed into a luminous, multi-layered vertical jungle. Massive hardlight platforms extend from the inner walls like glowing translucent meadows. On one level, a herd of Bantha grazes on high-altitude moss; on the tier above, a Nexu prowls through dense digital foliage, its tail twitching with lifelike precision. The enclosures are held in place by shimmering, geometric honeycomb barriers of soft amber light that pulse with the planet's power grid.
Ayumi appears standing on a transparent observation walkway that spears directly through the center of a high-security enclosure. She wears a flowing, moss-green silk robe that catches the artificial breeze, her honeyed hair tied back in a loose, elegant braid. Behind her, a massive Acklay clicks its mandibles, its multi-eyed gaze tracking a flight of neebray mantas soaring through the open city air.
"They told us Denon was a world of steel and shadows. That nature was a luxury the working class couldn't afford. But look around… the galaxy just moved in."
She walks toward the amber honeycomb barrier, reaching out to press her palm against the glowing lattice. On the other side, a Reek grunts and nudges its snout against the light exactly where her hand is. The barrier ripples like liquid gold under her touch, mimicking the tactile feedback of the creature's hide.
"This isn't just a zoo. It's a miracle of atmospheric synchronization. Our Hardlight Menageries provide the exact gravity, air pressure, and climate these creatures need to thrive—right here between the skyscrapers. We didn't just build walls; we built bridges. From the frozen wastes of Hoth to the jungles of Felucia, we're preserving the galaxy's heartbeat in the center of our machine."
Quick cut: A young Zabrak boy stands wide-eyed at a lower-level barrier. He giggles as a small Loth-cat "paws" at his reflection in the hardlight, the golden pixels shimmering around his fingertips.
Ayumi turns back to the camera, gesturing to the sprawling city behind her, where dozens of similar glowing sanctuaries light up the various tiers of the ecumenopolis like a string of jewels.
"Lower-level residents now wake up to the call of the wild. Spire-dwellers watch creatures from among the stars. We stopped fighting the environment and started engineering a home for everyone. Because on the new Denon, we don't just survive the urban sprawl… we grow with it."
She leans against the railing, watching a massive Krayt Dragon let out a silent, majestic roar that vibrates the reinforced walkway to the crowd. She flashes that signature, playful wink.
"Come to the Menagerie. Find your favorite animal. And remember… the best views in the galaxy aren't in the Outer Rim. They're right here on Level 2."
She turns and walks deeper into the enclosure, the amber light washing over her as the feed pulls back to show the entire District 6 shaft glowing like a vibrant series of jewels on the metal planet.
Overlay text fades in, sleek and amber: Denon Menagerie – The Galaxy, Within Reach.
