[*]Description:

• Unlike the biblical stories would speak of, Daemons, at least the more civilized ones that is, do not fully represent beasts. No, instead they represent the epitome of beauty, though twisted within a canvas of alien features. All Daemons have angular and sharp facial structures, outstretched ears extend out from the sides of their heads as daggers, bringing the face into the shape of a thin spear end. Beauty is not something a Daemon is supposed to have, they are supposed to be ugly and grotesque wretches that harbor sin and disease. At least, that is what biblical stories tell of them. However, there is truth in these stories. Only a small minority of the Daemons appear beautiful, having become a favored children of the Lord of the Daemons, the Sinful One. All other Daemons, at least, all other Dra'vusa to be specific were seen as unworthy and as runts of the litter, cast aside and allowed to fester and taint the gene-pool. The Dra'vusa are without abnormality, because all of those who are abnormal are cast aside in the pit, unworthy of having the gaze of the Sinful One falling to their wretched form.

[*]Religion/Beliefs:

• The Daemons praise their god, their creator, the Lord of Sin, the Lord of the Daemons, the Sinful One. It's name is without recollection or purpose, there is no need for whatever it's name was before it took the title to be known. For their god is only the Sinful One as it always will be. As it always should be. This Sinful One is seen as the creator of the Daemons and of Daemoni Ignius, the supreme maker of all of Daemon kind. It was said that he, or she, or it created all Daemons in it's own image from sculpted rock and clay. Yet, not all of it's creations, not all of it's children...looked like it. Which was something that enraged the Sinful One and made it cast down those who did not look like it did into the Hell Pit, damming them to eternities of torment and malformation as their damaged genes mixed with other damaged genes; such entanglements of genetic material forced mutation after mutation, forever cursing those who dared to not will themselves to follow in appearance their maker. Their god.
• The Dra'vusa were the first of the Daemons, and they eventually came to be a minority of those perfected Daemons among the unending hierarchy. All Daemons can trace their origins to the first Dra'vusa, though only the perfected Daemons are known as the Dra'vusa. All others are simply grouped as 'Daemons,' souring their heritage and genetic lines for eternity because of their own genetic ineptitude.
• Despite the Dra'vusa being a few and the other Daemons being cursed, all Daemons bowed to their lord, the Sinful One. They revered the creature which sculpted them, it was their savior and protector and it gave them all they knew. The Daemons would not disobey their father. What was a fate worse than being cursed by the Sinful One? One of being tossed out of the Sinful One's presence entirely. So the Daemons bowed their heads in respect and reverence to their god, despite what resentment their was below the surface.
