Objective: Defend Kuroth Streng
Equipment: Lightsaber | Vibroknife | Jedi Robes
Almania was a planet sandwiched between three major governments: the Silver Sanctum Coalition, the Primeval, and the Mandalorians, though the Mandos were a bit further away. As a result, they were a bit on the paranoid side. With the Primeval in play though, paranoia wasn't necessarily a bad thing. However, the planet was ruled by a military council, which was itself ruled by one General Kuroth Streng. Streng had reached out the Sanctum asking for help, as he'd been convinced there was a Sith out to kill him. The Coalition leaders had considered the issue, ultimately coming to the decision that having Streng fall would throw the military into a state of confusion - however short-lived - which would allow an opening for the Primeval to expand their border along Coalition territory.
Audren had been who they'd chosen to send. He was given clear guides - determine if the threat was real and stop it if it was. He'd been on mission for three days now, shadowing the General everywhere he went. There was the single exception of the refresher, which the Sephi examined beforehand. He even went to the trouble of sleeping in the same armored bunker, the same room, much to the General's chagrin. Apparently he'd had a bit of night life before, selected by his trusted advisers...the Padawan's presence curtailed that. Meanwhile, he'd been going over the evidence that Streng's intelligence teams had put together. The so-called evidence was circumstantial at best, but convincing enough for the Sephi to stay on task.
Because he was in close proximity to the ruler of the system Audren wore his Jedi robes rather than armor despite there being the potential for attack. He also carried weapons, which the bodyguards had objected to originally. They'd reached the compromise of the Jedi only having lightsaber and durasteel blade and not allowing him the blaster pistol he'd also brought. He disagreed with the decision but understood the necessity for it, and abided by it. After all, he could always summon one of the guards' blasters to him with the Force.
