Deals to be Done. [Senior Military Representative]

[member="Darth Erebos"] or another senior military NPC figure.

Inside the higher echelons of the academy a visiting member of Fire For Effect was lady blue, veiled as she usually was from head to toe, probably the most presentable of the organisation. Lady blue was usually called upon to handle diplomatic affairs. A petite creature save the bearing of how she regarded her Noghri escort, and that they reacted to her order without a word, offering just a nod, to have them waiting at the door to the Senior Sith or Commander's quarters.

As they opened, whomever she was to greet, she offered her well practiced dip of her head, appearing disarmingly subservient but truly anything but to the trained eye. More so because the only part of lady blue’s body ever visible was her smile beneath the veil.

Clearly waiting to be told to speak, she waited gracefully for their word, when given:

“My Lord, my Master sends his utmost respects, and wishes me to present you with this contract.”

Holocontract

To the Mighty One Sith, our humble company Fire for Effect offers cutting edge technology at just 5% above the cost price of their manufacture, we have the facilities to refit and upgrade many of your legions to the latest weaponry at this bargain price, if you will sign this trading agreement we can have our representatives talk to your requisitions department directly.

Signed Sere Reene, Chief Technician.

If she was given leave to speak again, she did, otherwise she remained silent.

“He wishes to answer the requirement to supply and upgrade several of your stormtrooper corps with the latest arms and armor we can provide, and asks he be allowed to begin production on Byss, Coruscant and Tython if it suits your purpose to have stockpiles there." Clearly someone had thought ahead, at key landmarks to defend should those stockpiles become needed.

With a simple gesture he opened the door that would open to reveal himself to [member="Tadietti Tann"], however when he noticed the Nogri he gave them a respectful Stava posture which made him smile under his mask when the Nogri seemed hesitant at first but then took the same posture back to him. With a secondary bow of his head towards Tadietti, he then spoke calmly, though his mask made his voice deep and inhumanly distorted. "I am Darth Erebos of the dark council. I was told that there was someone here that I was supposed to speak with." He said as he then gestured for her to speak.

After being handed the document he read through it. With another gesture he told her to speak once more as he thought it over as well as read over the document again. "As the current Armor of the One sith troopers is adequate however if he can figure out a way to make a better version then those designs should be sent to us for review. However were are this companies factories? What resources does the company have at it's disposal?" He then asked as his faceless mask seemed to examine her very being as he stood over her, tall and powerful.

Having somewhat uncanny ability to adjust her bearing depending on whom she was facing, which had saved her life more than once. Lady Blue’s mind sort to find answers fitting her speaker, a member of the dark council meant most negotiating techniques would be wasted, transparency was needed, else he’d see through her anyway. Her dipped form raised to talk to him with no sign of weakness whatsoever, just calmly answering the questions, her voice leveled in tone.

“For larger orders, our company would supply finished prototypes to your own factories my Lord, working hand in hand with them. Our technicians are some of the best you will find, having created cutting edges design for a decade now, but we have a fraction of your raw production power for orders above company sizes. Though we don’t require factories in your space, doing so would greatly reduce production delays and aid security of any classified models you wished to order.” There was no trace of a lie or deception to her voice, they did have some of the best technicians and this was too good a deal for them to break it, supplying his faction with new arms would mean a substantial raise in revenue for them even at these small percentages.

They could just ship prototype models over to them from existing factories, but securing their designs on the sith’s own worlds would make them less likely to be intercepted in transit and reduce the risk all around. Plus positioning closer to home, would give their dark council close reign over FFE's operations themselves if required, and allow Fire For Effect to take care of most smaller orders themselves for more elite units or specialist requests, of which no doubt there would be many.

"If this pleases you, we are prepared to invest time and resources into these production chains, so we also supply all your resources for these projects given time," which would take a large order or two to be able to finance their sheer scale of what the OS used, people forgot just how much of a powerhouse they were at times, their vast amount of manpower.

[member="Tadietti Tann"] was intelligent, that much Erebos could tell by the way she changed her speaking patterns and rhythm so fast. Once he had heard everything she had to offer he leaned just slightly forwards. "If Fire for effect keeps to holding it's contracts and those products it makes only for the one sith. Then we have a deal, a few of our production worlds will be assigned to FFE to have those products it makes mass produced on a galactic scale." He said as he made a preliminary contract on the datapad he took from his robes.

However before he handed it over to Tadietti, he raised the datapad up. "But make no mistake if I find out that FFE had violated our contracts and sided with our enemies by providing them either with the products it makes exclusively for the One sith or products aimed to counter the products the company makes for us. There will be severe repercussions. The least your employer can expect will the the utter and total siezure of his company and the death of all control and executive employees."

Lady blue took time to repeat the words, again clearly and openly to her employer over her palm device, awaiting his agreement to the One Sith’s terms. Speaking to a red female zeltron if her holoprojector was to be believed, whom simply said yes.

Behind her veil she dipped her head, her voice respectfully balanced, showing diplomatic training, “my employer happily agrees with your terms. Anything produced for your one Sith will be exclusive to them, and we shall develop no counters to what we produce for you.”

Hutt politics were much more complex, with so many grey areas, this was thankfully refreshing for Tadietti to not have to dodge too many missteps between her employer and the dark council, sith were clear and direct. Waiting patiently,“my Lord, she thanked him personally when he offered them their contract, subtle hints of wanting to establish continued contact. Unknowningly he’d offered her an easy way to rise further in status, not only reporting back success to Goros, but also ways to undermine her employer in favor of the Sith themselves.

Plans within plans, contracts sealed perhaps for billions, over time the One Sith would see their best work, she’d make sure they did.

Erebos nodded to the blue twilek woman. "Good now remember this, don't betray us, or me. Those that do often are used as experimental subjects to alchemy and those are the lucky ones." He said as he took the contract back and put a copy onto a small data chip which he handed back to [member="Tadietti Tann"]. "You are dismissed, if this is all you've come for?" He said as he put the datapad back into his robes and then took out another that he began to absentmindedly flip through as he began to take on the next task for the day.

Lady blue bowed her head lightly, “yes my Lord,” she said with careful choice of words. If the Sith Lord could read her motives he would see no deception toward him at all, only her seeking her own advantage within her own organization, by providing him with top tier technology. A reading which might prove oddly difficult from this particular creature so practiced behind her veil as she was, and used to working within difficult contracts, but certainly not impossible for a member of their dark council.

She smiled politely beneath her veil in thanks, and with wave of her hand, a noghri knew behind the door to open it, silent gesture put right into his ear. The two dangerous looking commandos escorting her out as they had in.

Fin for Tadi.
