STRENGTHS
  • The Clone Trooper's Best Friend: This deadly workhorse creates a heavily ionized particle beam that's focused through a crystal and then electromagnetically accellerated to create a pretty blue bolt of light that can make disturbingly large holes in various materials, making it a severe threat to not just Droids, due to its ionizing particle effects, but to Organics because its bolt is just so crazy condensed and focused. It's no wonder they got so upset when they phased it out for the E-11. Whether in its standard Long Blaster or Sniper Mode, you do not want to be on the wrong end of it. You can even blow away a Jedi if you got enough of them firing on one.. Easily cared for and maintained, even ancient examples are often still in perfect working order due to the high quality of their construction
  • Options: Capable of serving as a standard infantry service arm (Which is devastating enough if you're good with this thing), or as a sniper, and virtually all models come with at least a sniper scope
  • Yondu: The Electromagnetic focusing of it's bolts render it highly accurate in single shot modes. This gets even more devastatingly accurate set to full Sniper Mode
  • Proliferation: Can be made, purchased, or located in a variety of ways. Production is virtually impossible to disrupt
WEAKNESSES
  • Kick: No matter the mode, this weapon has severe recoil. Just because you can fire on full auto doesn't mean you should, and if you do, make sure you got a good grip and have a tripod to rest it on for best results
  • Accuracy issues: Full auto, even burst fire, reduces it's accuracy by half.
  • Large: Long, ungainly, and terrible for indoor use.
  • Heavy: Lugging it around WILL tire you out
  • Reload complications: The reloading process for the Tibanna Cannister is a fairly complicated process that leaves the user exposed. The user often only carries a single spare cannister as a result
  • Ace Custom: Most models come with a Sniper Scope, but to take full advantage of it's ten kilometer range in sniping mode, the user must not only set the damage to maximum, but must use tripods and special gryo stabilizers while remaining in a stationary position. Otherwise, the maximum range if only using the Sniper Scope will be 700 to 1000 meters
  • A given definition of "Full Auto" It has a lower full auto fire than even a light repeater would, leading to its sprays of fire in this mode being easily dodged. The Way you win is with patience and aim
DESCRIPTION

This Legendary blaster rifle can still put the fear of death in even the most modern infantry, as even during the Clone Wars it was considered OP, which is telling of just how terrible a conflict that was. It's one of the most successful weapon designs in Galactic History and dozens of factions and groups have relied on vast stores of surplus consisting of these weapons. They can be found anywhere a clone has fought, and often where they haven't, and its sturdy construction means even the most ancient examples are still fully in combat capable condition. Carried by Clone Troopers during the Clone Wars, there were significant complaints after they were phased out by other designs others fell were vastly more flawed. After all, if it's not broke, why fix it?

Copied illegally hundreds of thousands of times over, Blastech has given up on attempting to bring lawsuits for every unauthorized reproduction, as it is simply impossible at this point. The Mechanical Nuetralizers, particularly, the Model 1 and Model 3 series, are known to swear by them, considering them one of the greatest rifles any Organic has ever created.

Effective Range: Very High (Standard Mode, 700 meters), Extreme (Sniper Configuration, capable of hitting a Target up to Ten Kilometers out)

Please use correct ratings when filling out the submission. Very high is not a rating for effective range.

Effective Range: (Effective range in relation to the weapon type. Remember that a carbine will have a longer range than a pistol, an assault rifle longer range than a carbine, and a sniper rifle longer than an assault rifle. Choose from None, Point Blank, Personal, Average, Long Range, Battlefield, and Extreme. Battlefield and Extreme will require justification in strengths and weaknesses.)

Ammunition Capacity: Average | 50 (Charge Pack), Very High / 500 (gas canister, Standard), High (300, Sniper Mode)

As before very high is not a proper rating. PLease use correct ratings.

  • Ammunition Capacity: (List the ammunition capacity. The more powerful and lighter the weapon, the lower the magazine capacity is likely to be. Please choose a size between Extremely Small, Very Small, Small, Average, Large, Very Large and Extremely Large. You may also include a number with the Rating)

As it stands you are three ratings over balanced. You will have to reduce
