Description:
The concept for a strong defence station was designed by the special research division, under the orders of Admiral Tylane, after realising core worlds had little means of permanent defence. The team based their designs heavily upon that of the Golan III of a few era ago, but with more advancements and specificities that go far beyond that of a Golan.
