A few things we need to address.
My recommendation is to go for the more economical route. Use Phrik to craft a pair of greaves and bracers, and use the more common durasteel with an energy weave inlay as a breast plate. This provides the person with the mobility and means to block lightsaber attacks (with the bracers or greaves), and even affords an emergency back-up to vital organs that's not expensive to produce and repair. Energy and armor weaves were known to be able to protect against limited lightsaber strikes (read: glancing blow).
- Mandalorian Iron can only be found on Mandalore, and is safe-guarded rather religiously. I can't see you having access to sufficient quantities of the metal to craft a number of armors.
- Phrik is another rare and expensive metal, which would be problematic for using in the entire suit.

Sorry, Davin, but if you want us to approve a level 9 armor, you really need to spend more time fleshing it out.
