Davin was born to a construction worker and a waitress in a working class section of Avalonia before the rapid rise of the First Order and their species centric viewpoints. As a child he was subject to a brand of public education similar to that available to children in Republic Space, promoting both materialism and the decadent lifestyles practiced elsewhere in the galaxy. Davin admits to largely going along with the teachings initially, with an occasional voice of descent on his part being shot down by teachers following along the state fed lines. He claims that even as a child he felt a disconnect with what he was taught and what he believed to be true, observing the selfish nature of those around him with a disdain that eventually led to an antisocial attitude in his adolescense. He did well in school academically besides the occasional ideological conflict with a teacher.
The antisocial behavior grew as he aged into a teenager and came into violent conflict with those around him, being punished on several occasions by the education system for "righting" slights against him. It was in this time frame that nationalistic attitudes began to take hold among the general population, providing a constructive outlet for both his tendencies and giving purpose to a young man that was trying to find his place in the universe. After the instituiton of the First Order Government Davin found himself compelled to help a cause he felt he could get behind. With a mostly positive reaction from his parents Davin joined the Imperial Youth Front in it's infancy and worked extensively to expand both their reach and quality of message through Holonet Propaganda. He was fifteen at the time. His works are well documented on the Holonet and included in an attached document below. Before his enlistment in the Stormtrooper Corp at age eighteen he was elected to the position of Secretary of Propaganda within the Imperial Youth and from all interviews served admirably in his role.
Davin completed his training with average ratings across the board, with a note on his almost detached air while participating in certain exercises while managing to still perform them and not show disrespect to Instructors. He responded in a professional manner to their hazing him over these and other introverted tendencies, without a hint of malice or the impression he'd been treated unfairly.
Davin's career thus far as been similar to that of any trooped in his position and grade. He has served, without question, but has yet to truly distinguish himself from among the rank and file beyond normal means. There have been a few write ups for assaults when he felt his honor was at stake, but nothing out of the norm for our Trooper Corp, particularly one radicalized by our ideology during their development.
Conclusion: The Lieutenant should be docked two weeks pay for wasting State funds and put up for review for misreading a soldier that is, with information gleamed from both peer testimony and intensive interrogation, a perfectly normal model of a Stromtrooper.
