David was born in the wealthy part of Dosuun where his father was a politician for the First Order. David wanted to be like his father so he began to study politics. This would lead him to be selected to be apart of the council of a very small city in Dosuun. There, he would serve most of his political career until he was selected to be commissioner of a small city in Riflor. Recently, First Order forces has taken over Bakura, and then David was selected to be commissioner of Salis D'aar.
