Description: The most basic upon basic of Droid Race Hounds, based on the dog the "Dasher" Model-IV is a favorite among beginner level riders and the image of Droid Races. Simple in its design its materials were picked to be light giving the optimum amount of speed when the droids ran. With no simple features other than being very accessible to up and coming riders and ease of modification it is a wonder that this is one of the most popular models of Race Droid on the market.

Unlike many more expensive Race Droids the Dasher Model-IV comes with a Neuro-transmitter designed to connect with a Rider's implant. The antennae, shaped like the droid dog's ears enhance the signal's strength to ensure that it is not lost on longer runs.

The flexibility of the droid's spine, its aerodynamic design, and its incredible gait allow it a massive amount of speed. Powered by its robotic joints the Molde-IV can reach speeds of 109 Km/Hr in three strides (68mph) and reach a maximum speed of 241 Km/Hr (150mph) right out of the box making, a modest speed within the realm of stock Droid Racers yet moderately easy to control. It comes with no weapons and no defenses.
