Darkstar Industries is a Darkstar Agvel subsidiary that acts as a supporting unit for other Darkstar Agvel units and subsidiaries. After some contract disputes that fueled distrusts between Luxor Vel and various Outer Rim key industry players, Darkstar Industries was established to ensure the continuation of Darkstar businesses and achieve corporate self-sustainability. After Luxor's death, his son Kastor has slowly attempts to scale down Darkstar Industries and shift back into contracting third-party partners for manufacturing and constructions, as he seen the subsidiary as a deadweight. However, this attempt has not been successful so far, with pushbacks from Darkstar old guards on the board. Darkstar Industries has been involved in Ord Trasi's pollution spikes. Furthermore, there are rumors of the use of slave labors in their factories, although it has been fervently denied by Darkstar Agvel.
RATIONALE
Just like their parent company, Darkstar Industries was founded by Luxor Vel. It was Darkstar's established as a supporting unit. After his death, the company was also taken over by Kastor Vel, his eldest son (so far an NPC). As a subsidiary, the company contributed to
