Intent: To create suit of armour to help offset Eyrecae’s greatest weakness in her endless crusade of death-charging enemies. The main point of this armour is to resist lightsabres and electrical attacks, while still providing decent protection against other weapons. With this in mind the quality of the armour is lesser against other weapons to compensate.

Description: Eyrecae Alzari is a woman of simple pleasures. Now she has a big hammer, she loves nothing more than to charge the enemy and smash them into little pieces. There is a small problem of course; despite her assertions she is not immortal. One particular weapon she fears above all is the lightsabre, a weapon capable of cutting through even her enhanced skeleton like butter.

Thus, in order to maximise her death-charging capabilities, Siobhan Kerrigan worked with HK-36 to create a suit of phrik armour able to protect Eyrecae. Using Phrik given as a reward by the Moross (Siobhan had a suit of even more formidable Beskar) this armour was forged.

The result was a suit of armour which was light enough for even a normal woman to wear, and which on Eyrecae was positively comfortable. The towering helmet made her seem even taller and her strength allowed her to wear it all quite easily. The armour does not feature much in the way of advanced or added features, having only a commlink and basic HUD in the helmet and a small reserve tank of oxygen inside it, enough for ten minutes. Other than that, it’s just a suit of armour to get Eyrecae from point A to point Hammer.

The strength of this armour is that it’s virtually immune to lightsabres and Force lightning; the weapons of the Sith she wishes to crush. Only a stab into the armpit, groin or neck joins would have any prospect of penetration. Against blasters and ordinary weapons it provides good protection, able to take multiple shots without breaking. However, larger blaster or explosives would still crack the armour.

For all this, there are clear weaknesses, and quite startling ones too. For all its impressive looks, the armour, and especially the helmet, is quite bulky. In confined quarters or against an unarmoured opponent Eyrecae would be disadvantaged.
Eyrecae’s rash aggression pervades this design. She deliberately sacrificed ballistic and blaster potential protection in favour of lighter weight to make her more mobile. This means that whilst the armour is virtually immune to lightsabres, ordinary weapons can cause more harm, especially as she is not a Force user.
Finally, the armour, whilst good against melee and lightning Sith, has no protection against telekinetic, mental or other Force attacks. As mentioned, it’s a way to get her from one place to another without really considering what’s on the other side; a good summary of Eyrecae Alzari in general.
