⚓ PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Appearance:
Dareth Solryn is an imposing figure standing 1.98 m tall with a broad frame and a calm presence that radiates authority. His steel-blue eyes occasionally shimmering with violet when the Force flows through him tend to draw the gaze of others.

Deep scars across his neck and shoulder mark the memory of past battles. His clothing blends practical armor with simple, earth-toned robes (green, grey, brown). Subtle engravings in his armor reflect a personal code, known only to those closest to him.

His lightsaber – a double-bladed weapon glowing in violet or white – is as distinct as his silence, which often speaks louder than words.

PERSONALITY AND BELIEFS

Dareth Solryn is calm, deliberate, and led by inner clarity. He observes before acting, speaks little but when he does, his words are measured and precise. In conflict, he remains composed, almost stoic, yet never cold. When he intervenes, it's with precision – never rage.

He believes in balance over dogma – to him, the Force is neither Light nor Dark, but a current that must be understood and respected. His core belief: The strength of a leader lies not in control, but in the trust others give willingly.

Dareth's deepest fear is the loss of his humanity. Not physically, but spiritually the fear that in fighting darkness, he may become something unrecognizable even to himself.

He lies only when it protects someone.

✦ STRENGTHS

✦ Tactical Awareness:

  • Dareth demonstrates exceptional strategic insight in open combat, political intrigue, and Force-related conflicts alike. He operates on multiple layers, analyzing situations with clarity and precision.
  • Leadership grounded in calm confidence
  • Deep understanding of the Force beyond dogma
  • Unshakable loyalty to those who follow him
  • Skilled mediator between opposing factions

✦ Protective Instincts:

Yes – Dareth Solryn has a deeply rooted protective instinct. He believes true strength lies not in destruction, but in preservation.
He defends those within his reach be they students, allies, civilians, or even former enemies who no longer pose a threat.
In battle, he often places himself between danger and others. His choices are never for personal gain but out of an inner vow: Those under his protection are never alone not ever.

⛓ WEAKNESSES

⛓ Struggles to let go:

Dareth Solryn carries the past like a scar beneath his armor unseen, but always felt.
People he's lost. Decisions he regrets. Mistakes that shaped him.
He can forgive but forgetting is much harder, especially when it involves those he once held close.
That deep emotional bond makes him human but it also poses a risk: sometimes he clings to something that slowly tears at him from within.

⛓ Tends to carry burdens alone:

Dareth rarely speaks of what weighs on him. Pain, doubt, responsibility he carries it quietly, seldom sharing.
Not out of pride, but from a deep desire to protect others.
He believes that his burdens are his alone not something his followers should bear.
But this comes at a cost: isolation, internal weariness, and the silent risk of breaking beneath the weight.

HISTORY

Born on an unnamed Outer Rim world far from hyperspace lanes, away from great wars and Jedi temples Dareth Solryn was raised in a community that valued simplicity and self-discipline. When his connection to the Force first emerged, he was not trained but observed. The elders believed the Force was a mirror of the soul, and one had to know oneself before mastering it.

Years later, when his home was caught in the shadows of a regional conflict, Dareth stood to protect his people. He fought not out of hatred, but out of duty. The weapon in his hand became the voice of his belief.

He wandered the Outer Rim, learning from hermits, fallen Jedi, war veterans, and philosophers. He built no house, raised no family only a legacy. No allegiance to Orders or flags. Only a quiet oath to bring balance where others see only victory or defeat.

Before entering RP, Dareth was a wanderer a protector of the voiceless, his name carried in whispers rather than records.

Some names leave stories.
His leaves echoes.

Would you have left her behind, too?

• He didn't believe in hope. Just in doing what had to be done.
• No one ever said goodbye. He never expected them to.

"Unit was never retrieved.
Mask remains in the debris.
Let it stay buried."

Sometimes he remembers the way rain sounded on durasteel rooftops – like whispered warnings from a sky too tired to scream.
He never trusted silence. It was too honest.

In those moments between missions, between breaths, he kept a list in his head – names of those he failed, those he couldn't save. That list grew heavier than any armor.
They say he once hesitated. Just once. Long enough for the door to close and the light to die.

He told himself it wasn't his fault. He never believed it.
There was a girl once, back on Arkanis. She gave him a name that wasn't his, but it felt more like home than his own.
He never wore it out loud. Only in memory.

Sometimes, he still hears her voice on broken channels.
Sometimes, he answers.

Even now, he walks like someone who's trying not to be found — or not to be remembered.

— Between war and diplomacy, between fall and purpose —
he chose to stay human.
