A Sith Lord by the name of Darth Sobek would send their apprentice on a quest to retrieve some Kushiban to create a great fur coat out of their pelts, as Kushiban fur was known to be especially luxurious. Sobek expected the task to be completed within a matter of days, but after two weeks withoutword from his apprentice, he went down to Kushibah himself to check up on their progress.
Much to his surprise, his travels would lead him to a smallKusibhan village, where he would discover the final fate of his apprentice; eaten alive by one of the village's pet xinkra, An odd fate, as xinra were known to be the natural predators of the Kushiban. Upon further discovery, he found that they had been tamed by a teenage Kusbhiban named Darci, relying on her latent Force abilities to so.
Rather than perturbed by the news, Sobek laughedover the death over the death of his apprentice, clearly unworthy for the Sith mantle. He would spare the Kushiban (though would purchase several rolls of their renowned fabrics) and over to take on Darci as his next apprentice to help her realize her true potential within the Force.
Quite bored with quaint village life (taming xinra having been one of her favorite pastimes to escape boredom), the slightly disturbed Kushiban happily accepted his offer. From there, for the next decade, the Kushiban would go on a whirlwind tour of the galaxy, conquering much of it at the side of her master, being groomed as a future Sith Lord and military commander all the while.
Sobek was fairly even handed for a Sith Lord, a Machiavellian type understanding when to brandish the stick, or dole out the carrots to best advance his personal goals. Under him, she would also learn to be as thoughtful, especially important for one of her particular stature. He was also a man of good (black) humor, as evidenced by the way he nearly cried in laughter over the cause of death of his former apprentice, led to their demise by a Kushiban of all things. When deemed worthy, she would be dubbed Darth Skvader by her master.
She had a grand old time with Sobek as his star pupil, but like all good things, it would come to an end as Sobek was killed in battle during the twilight of the One Sith Empire.
Soon thereafter, the One Sith would collapse completely she would take to the life of piracy for a while with nothing else better to do, becoming a little terror in her own right.
That was how she spent her days until during a periodic visit back home with her family, she would find the planet under the control of a new power called the Dominion. Out ofcuriosity she checked out the Dominion, finding it some strange mish mash of disparate groups from across the galaxy.
She would eventually come across former One Sith comrades now working with the Dominion, who recommended she joined - there were no shortage opponents, as the enemies of the Dominion were many. Always one for the challenge, Darci would join the military and be commissioned as a Commodore.
In her free time, she occasionally likes to hang out with the other Sith of the Dominion, sharing her knowledge of the Dark Arts with her devious brethren. Of her skillest, she's known to be quite skilled at instinctual astrogation, bladework (with a focus on Form IV and VII), telepathy, and mecha-deru. Among Acolytes under her tutelage, she's known to be quite cheery and aloof in demeanor, but also known as quite the trickster, often playing (sometimes dangerous) practical jokes on pupils and colleagues alike.
Following an invasion of her home planet, Darci resigned from her post with the Dominion navy for a new secretive assignment that would see her operating as a pirate once more.
