BIOGRAPHY:
Very little is known about Okonnar's life prior to his enlistment in the Sith Imperial Order. His dossier shows that he was born on Coruscant, however no other information is given. Any questions regarding his life prior to enlistment are quickly extinguished.

After enlisting, Okonnar's records become much more substantial. His above-average marksman scores landed him in an Imperial reconnaissance unit. Here, Okonnar spent his first tour of duty exploring the outer-reaches of Sith territory. While engagements were kept to an absolute minimum, he became well learned in covert operational strategies. However when combat was a futility, Okonnar is on record as being "an efficient marksman, even when under pressure, possibly even more so.".

Prior to his second deployment, Okonnar applied to join one of the Sith Empire's more specialized and combat-centric legions. His impressive field history made him a note-worthy candidate even considering his lack of combat experience. This however would quickly change as after he was accepted, Okonnar was abruptly thrown into one of the Sith Empire's most aggressive campaigns. Over the next four years he would see combat at Concord Dawn, Ossus, Dac, Coruscant, Alderaan, Manaan, and Kashyyyk.

When The Imperial Inquisition began recruiting soldiers, Okonnar was quick to offer himself. His now somewhat prolific combat record landed him a spot in the 121st Stormtrooper Legion, The Darklord's Hammer. Any fleeting thoughts of a reprieve from combat were quickly dismissed as he was immediately deployed to fight in The Purge of Cularin.

"Forty-five seconds to contact!"

The gruff voice of Okonnar's fireteam leader blared through his helmet's comlink. The sound of their orbital drop-pod tearing through Cularin's atmosphere made such a noise that they had to shout even to be heard over in-ear communications. The pod jostled abruptly as it broke the atmospheric barrier and Okonnar struggled to retain the contents of his stomach, he was not even remotely accustomed to this method of insertion. Centering himself, Okonnar focused on the porthole across the cabin which housed himself and the other five Inquisitor soldiers. Outside he could see Cularin's pale yellow sky and the feint outlines of other Inquisitor drop-pods in the distance. Suddenly one of the feint outlines flashed a bright white, followed shortly by a deafening crack so loud that even the surrounding noise could not hide it. The far off drop-pod kept plummeting towards the surface, however now it was accompanied by a wispy black tail of smoke. Okonnar was struggling to focus on what had just occurred when the radio chatter picked up.

"We just lost Fireteam Echo, bombardments must have missed an enemy Anti-Air emplacement. Be Aware, Over."
The broadcast from command made the grim situation abundantly clear.

"Wait, wasn't Echo our rendezvous? What are we suppo-"

Okonnar's squamate was cut off as their drop-pod entered the final phase of descent, the rapid and immediate deceleration just prior to impacting the ground. Every soldier clung to the safety harness that secured them to the cabin walls, this was the rockiest part of the trip, or so Okonnar had been told.

"Fifteen seconds!"

Okonnarclosed his eyes and focused on his breathing as the cabin began to shake violently. He had no way of knowing if any of this was normal or not, he was helpless to do much more then wait out this hellish ride.

"Ten Se-"

Something impacted the side of the drop-pod, tearing through fuselage and one of the fuel tanks with such force that the sound instantly blew Okonnar's hearing. The pod began to corkscrew violently while the ignited fuel spewed flames throughout the cabin. The pod impacted the ground moments later, triggering the exit hatch to blow off its hinges. Daniel's head was spinning and his vision was occluded by flames, he frantically reached for the release lever above his harness knowing he had only precious seconds before the fire would eat through his armor. He pulled on what he thought to be the release lever and felt the harness across his chest give way. Pushing the harness aside, Daniel stumbled out the exit hatch, falling several feet to the ground.

The pod had impacted in a wet muddy ditch between Gadrin and the forest outside it. Daniel rolled frantically in the mud, extinguishing the flames that clinged to his armor. Propping himself on his hands and knees, he tore the helmet from his face and cast it into the mud in front of him. He stared at the scorch marks across the faceplate as he waited for his head to stop spinning. The ringing in his head finally began to subside, replaced now by the screams of his comrades still trapped in the burning drop pod. Daniel rolled over, propping himself up on the outer ledge of the ditch watching the scene in horror. It was completely enveloped in flames, at this point there was nothing he could do.

Okonnar's helmet, laying in the mud beside him began crackling with communications from command.

"Fireteam Delta, your pod is communicating a system failure. Deliver a sitrep, over."

Daniel picked the helmet up and brought it closer to his face as to be heard over comlink.

"This is Delta. Our pod sustained damage prior to impact and ignited. We've suffered five KIAs. I'm.. I'm going to make my way to Gadrin, try to regroup with another fireteam and continue my assault on the Republic Garrison."

Daniel rested the helmet in his lap, looking back towards the fiery wreckage.

"I'm going to make sure this wasn't all for nothing."
