Description: Designed based on clean energy panels, the solar collectors are not that impressive by most standards of ships that want more guns or heavier shielding. Able to be installed in blister pods along a ship and pop out when needed they are made to collect solar energy from most stars. With blue being hotter and dangerous to collect from for a long time as it can blow the systems and overload the collectors, but until then it can collect the energy and store it for ship use going to the engines to provide a speed boost, the shields for more protection or to the weapons for increased power within them. The construction is made to resist high heat with the more radiation it is exposed to the stronger it gets to better protect the outside and the mirrors are best if routinely cleaned for best proficiency in collecting energy.

This is fine, but it should be noted that the total quantity of energy (maximum) is not going to be enough of a boost for a starship at say, an earth distance for a solar star. The total energy output of vessels in cannon is just too high, even with the theoretical max efficiency of a solar power.

With that in mind, approved. If it's abused to give a silly boost to shields, it's liable to be pulled.
