+Leader: Damon Grisom is a born leader, he knows how to inspire and command.
+Blaster Proficient: Damon is experienced with how blasters work, and has proven his efficiency with them.
-Classroom Pride: While being a natural leader, Damon has learned almost everything in his studies, and not yet on the actual battlefield
-Small Frame: Damon is rather small compared to most other beings, so if he was caught in a close quarters altercation things would most likely not pan well.
APPEARANCE:
Damon isn't very large, he is not as tall or as heavy as most other beings in the galaxy. He keeps his hair cut short and is rarely not seen with his One Sith Navy uniform.
BIOGRAPHY:
Damon Grisom was born on Coruscant to a prestigious family in society. His father was a politician. Due to his father's status, Damon and his siblings were able to attend decent schools, and later, prestigious academies. Damon excelled in school, specifically mathematics. After graduating from school in the top portion of his class, Damon enlisted as a Navy pilot, piloting a KI-SF-MkI early in his career. However, Damon did not prove proficient in the fighter, so as soon as he was able he went back and used his father's slight prestige to land a place in a naval academy.
At the Naval academy, Damon found his true calling. He continued through the academy and yet again graduated above most of the rest of his class and continued on to receive a ranking within the One Sith Navy.
After a short position within the One Sith navy, Damon found himself without a job for a short while. He decided to follow the former leader of the One Sith Army, Isamu Baelor, and seeked employment in the recently founded Iron Empire Navy. Having received the position, Damon became a commissioned man of the Iron Empire Navy.
