- Age: 4 months
- Force Sensitivity: Non-Force User
- Species: Loth-cat
- Appearance: Small and fluffy body with oversized ears; bright, curious eyes; fur a mixture of orange and tan, with stripes; a pink nose and a mischievous expression.
- Name: Cupcake
- Loyalties:
Fatine von Ascania
- Notable Possessions: N/A
- Personality: He is playful, clumsy, and always curious, constantly darting into places he should not such as datapads, robes, and random crates. He carries a mischievous streak, slipping into shadows, pouncing on boots, and stealing food from trays left unattended. He is already protective of Fatine, hissing at strangers, and even Sith Lords, if they come too close. Cupcake is also surprisingly bold for his small stature; he likes climbing onto high perches to watch the room like a tiny guardian.
- Training: This loth-cat has clearly chosen Fatine as its person. He perks up at her voice, shadows gestures, and when he feels like it, comes running when called. Cupcake can tell the difference between "play" and "stay," though whether he obeys is another matter entirely.
- Combat Function: Mascot first, liability second. Might trip someone, might lift spirits, might even overwhelm foes with cuteness.
- Force Abilities (Force User Companions Only): N/A
- Morale Booster - Good for cutting through tension
- Sharp Claws & Teeth - Tiny, but not harmless! Boots are fair game
- Situational Awareness (...sort of) - Quick to catch odd noises and moods alike
- Curiosity - Might investigate your food, or thermal charges
- Comabt Liability - More likely to be a distraction than take out a target
- Fragile - At the end of the day, Cupcake is still a kitten, and in need of protection
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
On his way back to Ukatis from Korriban, Lysander’s shuttle stopped at a dusty spaceport in the Outer Rim. Among the typical smugglers and traders, he noticed a merchant with a crate of loth-cats. Their mewls were sharp, having been separated from their mother, together in confusion. The sight instantly stirred an old memory: his younger sister Fatine as a child, with strays in her lap, the girl’s compassion for animals shining in ways he could never quite fathon. Among their cries, he heard an echo of her, and without hesitation, reached into the crate to bring one home.
By the time he returned to his homeworld, it had curled into sleep against his black cloak. When he placed it in Fatine’s arms, her face lit with the same joy he remembered from their childhood. She laughed, naming it Cupcake on the spot. To most, it was only a kitten from a trade port. To them, it was proof that even in the shadow of the Sith, a brother could still remember his sister’s heart.
