Cultivating the Massassi

Sitting in his own makeshift office on the Lancer Freighter, Viru had his head bowed as he examined the array of datapads that sat before him. Even being a Force User didn't stop one from having the responsibilities of completely running one company and half of another. Constant update feeds popped up on both screens alerting him to what was going on in the cloning facility he had on Bastion, along with any news that came from the Taris labatory. While nothing to interesting happened on Bastion, Viru constantly got warning and such on Rakghoul sightings. One of the main reasons that instead of having organic guards he used droids. The scientists that worked at that facility weren't permitted to go outside as Viru did not want to return one day to find his lab overrun. There were also daily tests to ensure that none of his associates were infected. Sighing Viru rubbed a hand across his worn face. Between all this and his training beneath the holocron of Darth Krayt, Viru was actually beginning to feel his age though he didn't look it. His tan skin was still young and he had the appearance of a man in his twenties even when he was over a century old.

"We will be docking with the freighter soon." A mechanical voice said over the intercom.

"Finally." Viru growled as he rose from his feet stretching all the way up till he felt the pop of his elbows. He had journeyed all the way to former Sith space just to meet a group of individuals that he thought long extinct. It seemed impossible for a group of the ancient Massassi to survive. Viru had no reason to question it as he'd never actually met one of the beings much less seen one. The only thing he'd been told were stories. Walking to the gangway so he could board the ship of the ancient Massassi. Not wanting to seem as though looking down upon the beings or as though he was better Viru wore a simple pair of pants with a open vest. Very much counter to what a common business man would.

The ancient and old hulking behemoth drifted slightly in space, not able to completely stop as both the engines were too old to be precise and the being onboard either incapable of precise usage of the consoles or unable fix the command and consoles to proper usage. It creaked and roared slightly as if it was a ship ready to capsize from siting too long on waters. The massassi noticed a ship inbound, but it wasn't heavily armed. Perhaps armed by the standards of the Great War era for a freighter, but they sensed no threat since weapons didn't charge. As the freighter docked with their ship, the Massassi weren't too happy with visitors, but for a time they had to be kind and good listeners.

Adzatsmam waited by the airlock that connected the tunnel from their ship to the freighter, along with a priest Kassai and another Massassi, waiting for whoever it was coming to greet them unannounced. The airlock creaked open, but stopped with just a crack to see through. Ancient sith smell sifted through the crack as the door became jammed from old age. Adzatsmam and the other Massassi walked over to grab on the door and pull it open, ready to meet their new visitor.

Viru stood in the tunnel of the airlock looking around as he heard the shrieking of old metal. The ship was indeed ancient, and if it the tunnel hadn't been extended from his ship Viru wouldn't have trusted to enter it without a environmental suit. As the door came to a stop Viru peered through the crack a brow raised. He'd never seen a ship in such disrepair, though he had no intentions of saying such a thing. Especially if the rumors of the ship being filled with an entire species was true. He had no intentions of upsetting them, chances of him surviving the encounter were near zero. Moving his hands Viru almost used the force to slam both doors open but stopped when the thick red hands of the Massassi appeared and began to pry the door open. The species were indeed strong, Viru watched as they pried the door open with somewhat ease.

With the two large figures coming into view Viru had to look up at them to look in their eyes, something he wasn't used to at all. Being two meters tall Viru usually towered over most people, now he was looking up at these gigantic beings. How such a species could ever go extinct was beyond him. Viru came empty handed except for a sack on his right hip. Inside it was the holocron of Darth Krayt just in case he messed up using the Sith language, and inside a few aurodium coins. Straightening himself Viru bowed to the two Massassi. " Dazek j'us abid nuo zhelosa nun ir jeva. Nu zinot girdeti nyâsh lig j'us." Viru did not jump straight to mentioning what he wanted as it could possibly offend the Massassi and send the whole plan down the drain. He could not loosing the chance to acquire the dna of such exquisite beings.

Adzatsmam walked back to his little group, beside the Kissai that was watching the man, and the other Massassi joined on the opposite side. Adzatsmam crossed his arms and spoke up, "Xaz, zhol vaidas re akiva buti nenx zo uzdar, mazo redis erdve piveje. Dabar, kuris buti j'us." But before he could hear a response from the man that just boarded their ship, the Kissai spoke up, opening their eyes wide and staring at the man, staring beyond him... at his aura. "Vazir, saut... buti sinnas... sis wo zinot zo midwan. Zhol buti itin skystas, kad tym buti nenx doseke... zhol buti vstirze..." Adzatsman turned to the Kissai to listen, but then turned back to the man and squinted his eyes, observing and examining him. He wasn't mad, but he was curious. "Wo iv nuyak kissai liepti nun j'us zinot jri nely midwan lig j'us, nenx Jidai, nenx Tsis. Zhol dartovi nenx fashis dalykas, kad Nu adata kia zenoti kam j'us buti stai nuo."

Viru opened his mouth to answer the Sith's first question but stopped as instead one of the other Massassi talked to the one he thought was the leader. Picking up only a few of the words Viru simply blinked and tilted his head upon hearing that he had a very weak energy. It was understandable though, he was not one of those Force Users that went out to learn everything beneath the sun, nor did he carry numerous amulets or guantlets to boost his power and presence in the force. Viru kept things simple and specialized solely in telekinesis, it would give him everything he needed and wouldn't take as much time to use nor as much concentration. "Duobé kia cali tu'iea karuvis falykas Nu buti Viru Lentus, zo fasunika firma mekn... Vi nuo tave noe detale Nu garthaz su rak iv savimi. Nu ros dary kam Nu noret, dea buti kam nesti nun stai nudien. j'us buti kitok kia tave tnoa plejada, j'us adata funds nuo vel rostia, kraud, ginklas. Nu tapti' doz'van tave funds j'us adata, visa Nu adata is eile va buti zo vagekasa iv tu'iea tauta dna." Viru said with a bow to the gathered Massassi. He had made the offer, now it was time to see just how badly or good things could go. At worst Viru would have to flee the ship with a race of warriors chasing after him and possibly end up starting a war. At best they'd take his offer and he'd be able to return to his ship and gather his supplies so he could set to work.

Adzatsmam listened to the man speak, his offers of money for their cause... He let his arms rest to his sides as he reached one of his arms up to look at the underside, thinking the man wanted some of his blood. Adzatsmam thought for a moment and thought hard, about the things that could be done with his blood, and grew a little upset with the little bit that he remembered being told. "Tu'iea niant navasji ant deuj ne j'us nesti. Idnu mes zinot zo spresti, kad ar j'us xopisa mus ir dary gatoteze imlvasekas ant mus, mes valia visa kojasi j'us kalv, visa iv mus. Deuj ne dary--" He was cut off as the Kissai priest spoke up again, "Saut, saut! Nie! Sis ilsia gaben kaienas, Nu reiksme zhol, pras jiso nely jegala. Nu reiksme tave Tsis!" Adzatsmam opened his eyes wide and became upset, his raised arm now pointing at the man. "Tave Kissai dartovi nenx tash! Kam Tsis Hana dary j'us zinot su j'us! Dary j'us gresti mus? Byloti dabar!" Adzatsmam exclaimed, the Massassi beside him readying a makeshift weapon, but it wasn't their old weapons that Viru would be worried about, the fact that they are all extremely force sensitive should come to mind first.

Viru smiled seeing everything going according to plan... Except it wasn't, what seemed like a deal about to be complete turned to the Massassi looking at him in question along with one spouting about Viru carrying something of the Sith. The priest wasn't wrong, Viru did indeed carry the holocron of Darth Krayt on him, he had forgotten about the signature in the force that the object gave off. So as the weapons of the Massassi were aimed at him Viru growled raising both arms to the side of his head. These beings were bigger than him, and much stronger, not to mention them being able to sense the holocron meant they were force users. Viru didn't know just how well trained they were but even then he was vastly outnumbered. It was best to simply answer their questions to keep things from getting worse. " Kam j'us reiksme buti zo holocron. Xaz zo tsis evita zhol, kad Nu buti nenx Tsis. Nu ros svies sulig tave holocron. Kam Nu noret iv ir nuo tu'iea tauta buti nuo j'us kia repopulate tave plejada kaxai darval." Viru said not going into details about how he wanted them to repopulate the galaxy. He did indeed plan on cloning the individuals."Nu dary nenx ketinti ant ardyti tu'iea tauta ax committing geiâ kizta tita vi imlvasekas."

Adzatsman lowered his hand and turned his head slightly, glaring at the individual as his face turned to the Priest. The Kassai was still observing the man but didn't sense much more, but was more focused on that holocron, and Adzatsmam knew a holocron by the Sith would hold information of his species history. So he made the decision, reaching over to lower the Massassi's weapon, "Mes gal copulate tezn sveln, ilsir niekas nedro su mus. Idnu zo yunoks alkuza, vi visa mes zinot vartoti nuo fe've dyim des kursas buti tave Jen' Garthaz iv akuyi, mes gal selien sulig zhol." He reached his arm out, exposing the underside of his arm and balling a fist towards the person. The Kissai looked over at Adzatsmam, astonished by his trust, but knew it was for the best. The Massassi beside him moved over to the man, holding a hand out to take what the man offered. " J'us aukoti mus finas, ir tegu nuyak kissai latri tave holocron ir jok felsijea zhol galia, j'us gal zinot kair iv nuyak kraujas. Kad tik nuyak kraujas."

Viru was also shocked and slightly upset by the fact that he'd only be getting the dna of one of the Massassi, but it would have to be enough. Even blood from one of them could lead to dozens if not hundreds of the beings ancestors that Viru could draw on to create more of. All the Massassi's ancestors dna was also his and through that even if he couldn't get more he'd still have a large variety to choose from. "Zhol vaidas dyibio Nu zinot yunoks siurk." Reaching into the heavy sack Viru pulled out the holocron letting the room be bathed in its orange glow. The dark energy now could be felt even more as Viru controlled the force and made the holocron float into the priests hands. "Nu valia eile va nuo zhol. Varjirase stai nuo dabar anyways."

Turning back towards Adzatsman, Viru nodded his head and removed the pouch from his waist. Inside it was two hundred thousand credits worth of Aurodium coins. "Anas buti zo didelis voka iv finas, kad Nu gal aukoti j'us dukart, nie trigubas anas ar j'us leisti nun tave dna iv gti ane doru dos tu'iea."

Adzatsmam shook his head as the Massassi warrior in front of the man snatched the pouch from him and turned away for a moment, peering inside. "Manosi buti ztamite, Zuguruk ir Kassai buti trigubas nuo alia. Ir tau nayir aukoti zuni. Zhol buti xis Nu naile niekas iv j'us nuo ja've, kad naile nuo nuyak tauta." The Massassi nodded to Adzatsmam and he nodded back, the Massassi taking his position beside Adzatsmam once more. "Oy nie, Vazir... karuvis satkala sulig Viae nayir buti aukoti negu re ikuny gal buti gofi, zhol buti nie hevilas sulig jok ane azi," the Priest chimed in, humming deeply and giving a nod, "Kad Nu valia zinot nie kezjumas su zhol, ar zhol buti kia tarnas re tauta." Adzatsmam agreed with the Priest and gave the man a stern look, "Na zhol buti nageji, j'us galez macias re Zuguruk ir uzpra jok iv savimi ar tau buti valia, kad nayir uzpra tave Viae ar j'us galez dar uzpra jok iv tave Kissai"

Viru thought things would get violent but thankfully the force had decided to favor him this day and the Massassi were coming around to seeing his way of thinking. He had seriously thought things were about to go south so he planned on using those same coins as weapons. Telekinesis was much more deadly than a simple push or pull, Viru could turn anything into a weapon if he really needed to, but he was no fool. The Massassi would slaughter him, he may kill a handful but he would fall. Viru was on the loosing side, nor did he have the crippling pride of a Sith that would lead him to attack the beings. "Zhol buti vik'difaus kia aukoti mazo nyâsh kia daboti tu'iea tauta, Nu alamoti j'us Nu dary nenx zemas j'us ztaosena." Viru said trying to assure the Massassi and win them over to his side. If they could trust him now they could possibly become valuable allies in the future, or the most terrifying enemy he ever met.

"Nu gal alga trigubas nuo alia, mazo vi Nu gal zinot tave dna sulig alia sams iv tu'iea tauta. Nu sekleti eile va kia nuyak kraud ir itik tave cezura iv tu'iea viza doru dos tave inagis Nu adata kia stotis pemuns." Viru said with a bow. Taking a step past the still open doors Viru entered the tunnel to his ship. Of course a scientist always comes prepared and within a few minutes he had returned with the vials and needles necessary to begin gathering. Of course the payment was with him as well. This time there was a joyful smile on the man's face. For one he actually enjoyed examining the dna of different species and seeing just how deep their genetics went and the things he could tamper with.

Adzatsmam shook his head, extending his hand out, open palm, palm facing the ground in a 'calm' gesture. "Negu mes pradme, mes nayir macias tave Viae. Iezkon ji guidance ir uverei. Ar m'tye dartovi nenx kais j'us, na Nu valia nenx kais j'us. Dary j'us kioska voy?" The Massassi once more walked over to the man, extending his own hand, but with the palm up, requesting the pouch, just after handing Adzatsmam the last one. "Tym valia vykti tave finas nuo tave Zuguruk, kad mes saut nuo ji nutarisas. Stebe nun." He said as he turned to walk away from the area, toward where the Viae resided.

Handing over the pouch of coins Viru nodded to the Massassi while listening to their regents words. Does this Wise one hold so much power over them that they'd judge a stranger just off her words alone? Viru thought to himself as he followed the Massassi. "Status kizs j'us nuyak dolega" Viru continued to examine the interior of the worn ship. He'd seen some that had been through dire straights but this was a whole new level. The ship showed its age and Viru knew that the Massassi would make good use of the money if they took it. He couldn't get this far just to be denied by their leader? Though the thing Viru was sure about was that if the Wise One aimed to read his mind even she would have trouble. It took a specialized mentalist to penetrate his mind once before due to his Epicanthix nature. "Valia j'us fashis fasona nun tu'iea laikas ar wo iv j'us kais zta nun?" Viru asked curiously. Depending on the answer would decide how he acted before this Wise One and how he carried himself. Even if he couldn't get their dna at least he would get two out of the three.

Adzatsmam rise an eyebrow to the man as they walked, feeling like berating him for even thinking such a thing. But he was an outsider, he didn't understand their culture, so he forgave him. "Tave Viae, nuo alia karta tau luai nuo, zinot kaer mus nazeta, varjirase, ir sso nwűl. Kia pepobi ji via buti kia sodivas mus visa kia mirtis. Nu buti tave Vazir, kad dar vi zo Vazir, ax jok ane threx, aij mes nayir iezkon chatar," he continued, looking forward as if upset by the mans comment. "J'us dary nenx zenoti kait mes luai, mazo Nu prijuri j'us sis amzi. Kad asarsi nuyak redis, ziureti tu'iea redis." At that point Adzatsmam became quiet, and no longer answered any question the man may have had. The Priest and other Massassi followed close behind as they began entering the religious part of the ship, what they called the temple. The atmosphere began to feel thick, a lot different from anything the man sensed outside the ship. For the most part, the ships force strength was cloaked, but a lot still leaked out since the power wasn't strong enough. But down here, it felt like wading in a deep pool of oil, so strong it might even feel like a strong pressure, squeezing at the chest of those not used to it or attuned to it. The Dark Side of the force was very strong here, as the Viae had to use a lot of power, in conjunction with the other priests. This was the SHahku's safe-guarded secret, their Viae. Eventually they came to the sacred room where the other higher level Priests were, helping their Viae in a ritual. The Priest that followed them was also part of this group.

A very elderly Sith Pure-blood towards the back, with a very special looking robe was doing the louder chanting, and the amount of Dark Side that was not contained was very strong and intimidating. She looked down to see the man with Adzatsmam and smiled, as he goes to bow, a long with the traveling companions. He forced the man to bow with him. Not in an upset manner but 'you should do this for respect, okay?' kind of way. "Nuyak Vazir, dasixa pradzia. Dazek j'us nuo sis labinti, kad kodel dartovi sis garthaz is zvelgti kia ziur nun? J'us zinot kaienas kia uzpra iv nun?" she spoke gently, Adzatsmam rising. "Tym geida nuo kair kraujas iv tave Kissai, nuyak Viae"

"Ir tym doz'van viza, nie nodi kia tarnas re ateitis ir fahka, xaz, Vazir? Nu nayir ziur jis..." She stated, and Adzatsmam complied, nudging the man forward, and twitching his head forward as if telling him to approach her. She would gesture the man to come very close to where she could touch him.

Viru listened to the Massassi warriors words, and heard the conviction behind them. These beings were deadly serious about their teaching and their culture. Something that the clones he planned on creating of them would be as well. He could possibly breed it out of them but it would take much time, and he wanted them to repopulate not to degrade into mindless beings. Then the whole point of collecting the dna would be pointless. Raising his hands in mock surrender Viru dropped the subject, it was obviously something very sacred among these people. There were many things that weren't known about them, and right now Viru was learning it first hand, he was experiencing what some scientists would kill for. He was acquiring knowledge that even the present day Sith lacked... As the atmosphere began to thicken and the power of the darkside radiated like a beacon Viru could feel it. It almost reminded him of Korriban except nowhere near as much malice, but instead Korriban was only a shadow of its former self. This was a true nexus and Viru could feel it. Leaning his head back as one would when smelling something delicious he opened his body to the dark energy letting it flow into him. Making him more alert and charging him.

Seeing the gathering of priests as the leader chanted Viru felt his hair stand up on end from the sheer power that radiated in the room. He felt more awake than he had in the past few days and as he looked up at the priests he was heavily intrigued by the sorcery. While such things were beyond his capabilities it was still something that was good to store in his memory for later. Bowing with Adzatsmam, Viru lowered his head as well. At least till he was beckoned forward by the elderly women. Some would've stopped and felt scared or intimidated after witnessing what Viru had, but instead he walked up to the priest head held high. He would not show fear, if he had stared a Sith Lord in the eye without showing fear he'd do it hear as well. Closing in close enough for the priest to touch him Viru would lower his head.

Adzatsmam kept quiet and took a knee as he was patient, his Viae had taught him very well to be patient, and let the answers come to him, instead of forcing them. He would watch, but he felt it would be better to bow his head and close his eyes and merely listen. "Hmm... j'us zinot amzuji duobé, nuo tu'iea vaga. Tau dary vaidas kia buti tave wo vyitka tave plejada dabar, buti Nu status? Antai buti zo amzi re vaga stulvasi," she continued, closing her eyes for a moment as she examined the mans force aura, taking a deep breath before opening her eyes, "Tu'iea ikuny parod a, tezn deuj tu'iea anmuxuna. Noj Nu manyta nuyak via del sabi tu'iea, nelsenena... j'us galez zinot susasgadne, svies natura vi j'us zinot buti. Byloti, liepti nun kait j'us lyteti sso sis kukas." The other Kissai priests were growing the volume of their voice in their rituals only slightly, giving the Viae more power as she began to observe the man in front of her. She began to make odd hand motions, which the man could most likely interpret as her molding and directing the Dark Side forces. "Tegu nun girdeti tu'iea zuca, tegu nun itik zo lyteti nuo j'us," she pushed as she closed her eyes once more, leaning her head back as she let the Force flow through her, now the thick Force around them beginning to flow through the man.

Viru said nothing while the wise one spoke, he needed to be sure she finished before he opened his mouth. The Massassi obviously put alot of emphasis and trust in the head priest, even if she didn't take it as an insult if he answered her the rest possibly could. Better to be cautious than to be overconfident. If this was still the Viru before he had been broken down in the Jundland Wastes he probably would've thought himself better than the gathered Massassi, he wouldn't have showed such patience and understanding. Viru had once been an old man, feeble, and angry at the galaxy due to the circumstances that had kept him bound to a chair. Even the first few weeks after his transformation back to a young man he'd still carried that mentality, it was the avatar of Darth Krayt's holocron that had forced Viru to change. So he kept his head bowed as the priest questioned him. All around he could feel the dark energy filling his body and flowing through him. It was electric and threatened to overtake Viru, but he pushed the dark emotions down to retain control over himself. He was not a pawn the force controlled, it was the opposite. He was the one who bent the force to his will, not the other way around.

Finally when the priest finished her questions Viru answered. "Xaz, Nu zinot amzuji imlstake duobé, nors sis buti tolus sulig risote nuo nuyak vaga. Nors xaz mes dary vyitka tave plejada is droves, armijio Nu dary nenx minti ja've avitsu iv tave kakore dirihnita anas dary geiâ apata. Tau gal zaist ane xilia iv susasga, Nu ros guleti niant kia tave garthaz bihra." Viru said raising his head to look at the priest now. "Kam Nu lyteti status dabar buti... Midwanas, Nu gal lyteti akuyi sveni pro nun zavus us zhol visaz zinot. Kaitas zhol dartovi nenx durstuni nun."

[member="Viru Lentus"]

The Viae took another breath, much deeper as more of the Dark Side energy flowed through her and she waved her hands more to guide more of the force, "Xaz, j'us vaidas kia buti wo kuris buti xisad is adata iv durstuni. Kad kam j'us dary nenx realize buti, j'us buti vel midwanas tikazi j'us buti is zo symbiotic priasga su tave Jen' Garthaz. Tave skystas tegu pyktis durstuni savimi, ir tave atuzirse sari ir durstuni tave Jen' Garthaz. Kam j'us lyteti buti des ir des iv ancestral Tsis, nelsenena is sis kraud is ane sarcophagus. J'us sekleti buti zenklas, re mure buti itin kietas kia durstuni ar mes buti nenx lojalus kia j'us. Edoui is tave prosal zinot sari kia dary dar vel midwanas apata kia mus us j'us stuvuri, ir zhol zinot nenx qorit duobé," she spoke sternly before relesing the Dark Energy and it dispersed, calming her breathing and immediately staring into the mans spirit. " J'us galez vykti re kraujas, kad j'us buti zenklas. Mes buti nenx sulo manipulated, vageine lauke Tsis Alchemija. Nu buti dary su j'us, visa buti duobé" the Viae released the man from the strain of the force, but the thickness was still consuming. Adzatsmam smiled, as the test was complete, and all was well.

Not wishing to question the priests words as it would be like dealing an insult Viru simply nodded his head in agreement. He truly hadn't thought of trying to create a symbiotic bond with the force, the main reason being due to that not being the way he was taught. The avatar of the holocron was all about control, all it had taught Viru was bending thing to his will to accomplish what he wished. Something he'd look into, maybe the time away from the teachings of the holocron would do him some good. It would give Viru more time to learn on the force without any outside influences. Though just how the Massassi here would handle the teachings he would have no clue. He didn't even know if the information they attained from it would be useful to them.

As the priest finished speaking Viru felt the force slowly starting to flow out of him, though the air still hummed with its power. Turning away from the priest Viru pulled out the vials and needles. He had got the approval that he had wanted and soon enough he would be have not only the dna he had come for but all of it. The blood of the Massasi's priests, warriors, and even engineers. Through their dna he would be able to access all he needed to. "Nu buti vik'dyt sas j'us." Viru said to the priest before looking back to Adzatsmam. "Mazo sekleti mes itik tave vokti dary? Vi Nu zinot cij alga visa anas staenas buti tave vokti iv kraujas."
