But what I am planning is either a collective of representation of different criminal groups, or a pirate group, or just one syndicate like Black Sun.

I have had several people reach out and say they are interested in criminal stuff, but they are full with threads right now.

So this might get pushed back a little until some room opens up. But if anybody else is interested let me know and I will keep you in the loop!
