Strengths:
  • Swarm Carrier: The ships this vessel was designed to carry are meant to be deployed in large numbers.
  • Durasteel and Deflectors: The Covenant class is equipped with high end armoring and shields, allowing it to take a hit.
Weaknesses:
  • Hollow: In order to support the massive compliment of fighters, the Covenant cruiser is little more than a flying hangar.
  • No guns: The Covenant class sports some weaponry, but they are merely defense turrets rated to fend off enemy fighters.
  • Sluggish: The Covenant Class isn't going anywhere anytime soon.
Description: The Covenant Class cruiser was requested by Voph to finalize his approach of fighter superiority for Naval engagements. The Covenant class delivers on this, but only this. Little more than a flying hanger, the Covenant Class is designed to fly alongside the Demon-class destroyers, which provide cover and anti-capital fire. While not an exceedingly rare ship, the Covenant Class is only intended to field twin carriers with a single Octarchy battle-group.
