Persephone
"Oracle"

In her professional opinion, M had failed in that respect.
The Galactic Alliance had lost one of their best agents, because of her reactions to certain events during the Imperial Civil War, and how she handled Allyson in the wake of it. The Corellian had gone through a lot over the years, and Persephone was all too aware of the likelihood some of it started before even M’s tenure as Director.
You practically put her on a leash, only letting her out when you needed her particular skills. It’s no damn surprise she turned against the Alliance.
In the wake of the seemingly random encounter, Persephone tasked one of her Overwatch Agents; Amelia Hawthorne, to track the Corellian down. Which…proved to be surprisingly easy, so much that the Chiss suspected something was off.
But it seemed Allyson had grown a bit careless in covering her tracks, allowing for Persephone and SIA reconnaissance to gradually pinpoint a recurring spot that the Corellian was rumoured to be sighted at.
Varonat.
What ultimately led them to that planet, was the news that Governor Ebonart had been killed, fallen from a window, with a single arrow in his neck. The SIA did their due diligence and investigated further. Eye witness reports stated the governor’s killer; the people’s savior, was a woman matching Allyson’s description.
And with a solid lead on the Corellian’s location, it hadn’t taken much more effort to track down a place of residence on the planet. With a plan in mind, Hawthorne was dispatched to Varonat to infiltrate Allyson’s apartment.
But only to leave an item, a modified holo-comm. Specifically designed to not just record conversations, but also mask itself amongst existing technology.
After all, Allyson Locke’s abilities as a technomancer were well known. And Persephone knew that the Corellian would eventually come across the piece of tech, and would inevitably start tinkering with it.
When that moment arrived, it would finally be time for a little chat.
