Coruscant Militia Unit

Anyone have any objections if I make a general Coruscant militia unit, quality E rabble, it's purpose to demoralise lightside forces when fighting pure volunteer civilians, especially in defense of their homes? Useless against darkside forces of course who won't care, but I am not sure we have anything like it in our toolbox. In fact you could if you like make one for each major planet

Thought it might be a nice twist to throw into an RP as cannon fodder, and another tool in our arsenal, but didn't want to make a more general non personal faction unit without approval.

Love this idea! I have started some development on some defenses in the Coruscant underworld, but haven't been able to devote the time to do more.

We installed thousands of military checkpoints and watchman drones in the thread linked below. If you'd like you can use this to piggyback on what's already been done

So yes, Coruscant militia would be a great improvement.

I was thinking a special ability could be news broadcasts that show the brave troops back home fighting the good fight against the invaders , to inspire local resistance naturally to any disturbance!

Man my sith muse is in overdrive at the moment.

Well i am Making a Gungan Battalion. About 350 and they need experience in Combat, anything really. Of course they are well Armed with cool toys but they are still inexperienced and Green, in the future they will be an Elite Fighting Force.

I can RP them as a unit or send a General to command them if you prefer. XD

I would like to get in on this in some form.

The sacking of Coruscant will push Isamu to propose new measures to protect the capitol. A larger standing army, more control of the underground, a much stronger military presence.
