//Characteristics

Strengths

  1. Cunning - Whatever the goal, she will achieve it by whatever means
  2. Chameleon - Emotionally, Delia can be whomever she needs to be; a comforting mother, an affectionate partner, an iron fist. Whatever part she needs to play, she's capable without batting an eye
  3. Long Game - She is a mistress of taking her time. Nothing takes to much time so long as things are going according to plan
  4. Force Trained - She had spent time in her younger years training with a Master, and time spent after training with whatever source would offer her their time

Weaknesses
  1. Vindictive - There are no lengths Delia will not go
  2. Unforgiving - It takes her no effort to easily cut people out of her life, especially if they have crossed or wronged her
  3. Temperament - While normally Delia is tolerable, she does have quite the temper and at times it is easy to flare. A fact that was not an issue in her time before
  4. Tainted Past - Don't ask

//History

Cordelia's life on the mortal coil was one she spent living one moment to the next. She was apprenticed to a wise Master who taught her well, her personal life was not lacking, and she was willing and able to have what she wanted, who she wanted, when she wanted. Granted, that eventually led to the birthing of twin daughters. As the pair grew from infancy to younglings however, Delia had a choice to make. One daughter was Force sensitive, and the other was not. As such, to keep the latter safe, Cordelia made the decision separate the girls, keeping the one to be trained and hiding the other. But even that had not stopped her life in its tracks. Delia had pressed on, ever diligent on her path to become greater than she was each morning she woke. And it was that very outlook on life that had not only caught up to her, but left her dead as well.

Or so, everyone had thought.

It had been death that had found her, in a sense, but also what had saved her. No one else had been there when she had woke, gasping for breath that did not fill her lungs the way it should have. Delia had been left behind, abandoned, and ever so confused. It did not take her long to realize what had happened to her, after all she had loved a good horror story throughout her life - though never in her days would she have expected to live one.

From her awakening, it had taken years for Cordelia to learn how to live again. To control the things she could now do, to support herself, to remain elusive in a world that had pressed on without her - but most of all, she had needed to teach herself to feed. It had not been difficult for her to learn this particular skill, taking lives had always been easy for her. No, the issue had come with knowing when to stop, though eventually she had mastered the art.

The years spent apart from everything she had known in her first life have hardened her. While still easily able to put on a facade and be whomever she needs to be, that is truly all it is, a farce. There are things in this second life now that Delia wants above all else and will do anything to attain; her family brought together and reunited, and for those who had left her for dead all of those years ago to finally know that she is not as dead as they had thought.
