Construction of a Fortress

There were people who had homes, but Warren was not among their numbers. The sweltering heat and sands of Tatooine were less than ideal to build a place on. However given this was where Suvian Sciences had once been born, Warren knew he couldn't simply cut and run. No he needed to do a lot of work and build himself a place truly worthy of him. Surveying properties on a Speeder Bike, he found an area that was about 400 KM from any civilized area of Tatooine. This area was completely uninhabited and nothing had been built here. It was in short, perfect for what he intended to do with it. Yes, he now had a place that he could commence construction on. A few calls later, and the 500 clones he'd been gifted with from Spaarti that were trained as construction workers were on scene.
"You know what to do, my workers. Build a Fort Century that the world can be proud of." With that the clones went to work, using materials that had been ordered so that they could begin.

The clones were tireless at work. Using the tools that had been supplied to do a good job building the place they started work on the base of the building. According to the designs of Warren Century, they attempted to make the building look like a castle. Not only would it be a castle, but it would have numerous fail-safes against home invasion. After all, the owner of the place had learned from his past and made sure that it wasn't going to repeat. Watching appreciatively, Warren was enjoying seeing the clones get the job done. As it wasl they were useful, and that was more than he could say for most of the people he'd encountered thus far in the Galaxy. Sure Titan Kryze was a nice guy, as was others. Miss Blonde on the other hand had interrupted the auction.

Selling the products was going to be next to impossible now. But he should have more than enough despite that minor hassle to get this place built. The clones had laid the foundation, and were now beginning to build the actual structure. Previous examinations of the area had made absolutely kriffing sure that there were no Tusken Raider encampments within 100 Kilometers. In addition he had personally checked to make sure there were no jawas around the place. This was going to be his first base and one of many he'd have across the universe.

Since the construction efforts were continuing, some of the clones approached Warren. "The heat and sand of the environment are making the construction difficult. It will take us more time....but we could get the job done perhaps..." said the clones. Warren thought about it for a moment. Relocating was not an option because he wanted this place to be the home of CTAE. Considering the options, Warren said. "There are ways you can adapt to the environment. Constructing this place should be a piece of cake actually. Given I'm paying you quite well, I expect to see results." The clones saluted and began their work on the project to get Fort Century created.

Efforts of the clones continued, and slowly they were working on the building. They had began to make some actual progress.

With the rise of the sun on Tatooine the work began once more. Swarms of clones descended like a swarm of angry wasps upon the building. They were determined to get the construction of this building accomplished through whatever means they possibly could. This meant that they had to follow the orders of their boss, Warren Century to the letter. Building the place exactly to his specifications was going to be a royal headache.Yet they knew that in order to make him happy and less likely to order all of them terminated, they had to complete the building. Some of them wondered though, why did their boss want a fortress? What good was it? And why Tatooine of all places? There were plenty of other planets out there that would actually serve more suitable purposes than this one.

Progress was made despite their doubts. Only about seven or so more hours, and they'd have the project completed in it's entirety.
