For one thing, slavery is illegal in the Consoirtum according to canon lore. Males might not be socially equal, culturally, but they aren't chattle like Kuati males are.
We're Hapans, not Kuati.
Not sure infanticide would be an ideal policy. If a child is unfit, then they simply ought not be accepted for training and another station be found instead... one that doens't involve breeding for title.
While the notion of an insular monastic type of order is not bad inherently, one that would be closer to the Queen in proximity would be preferable... espcially once hapes becomes a bigger faction. The queen would be a target, so having Force users that owe fealty to her, like knights to their lords, would be a practical step. This is why i suggested somethign that smells like the Imperial Knights, but with a disctinctly hapan flavour to them

Mage (Consular), Hunter/Huntress (Sentinel), and Warrior (Gaurdian).... something like this?
Celestial Knights, I still think, is a good name for the order.

hmmm that can work

We'll have to sub some standard armour suits for each class, geared toward their specific duties and purpose. As for lightsabre building and other weaponry, that would be up to the individual order member to determine and axquire or construct. No uniformity among weaposn, which is a distinct divergence from the Fel Imperial Knights.
NEW MESSAGES

You would think there would be uniformity in everything, but despite the relations between Hapes and the Fel Empire, It would be more distinct and more unique to foster diversity among specialties and weapon preference. However, each class would be geared towards specific training.... using the provisional names, should we decide the change them later, the Mages would be more Force-oriented in their techniques and discipline. The Hunters/Huntresses would be deployed for clandestine missions, tracking of priority targets with or without M.I. 8 operatives (but would bolster the Ministry of Intelligence's spynet/covert ops capabilities to probably rival the Bothans... which ought to be the goal), and the Warriors would be the weapon masters and expert duelists
