A hail of blaster fire rained over the two Mandalorians as they ran from sith troopers coming after them. Michael had opted to infiltrate the Imperial strip mines of Castameer in hopes to help the other Mandalorians in this damn war against these bastards. Armor clanking echoed through the alley way of the shanty town as they ran, but in his ears all Michael heard was the loud rasping of his breath in his helmet.

"Come on Jezza! What the hell is that eye of yours tellin' ya?"

Michael found it pretty cool they both had something lost, and replaced in their body. Though, he understood by now Jezza was not to fond of it, but the man knew it was going to save their shebs in this chase.

"Where we going, I'm following ya!"

More fire came from behind them as Michael rushed forward to tackle Jezza to the ground to dodge the bolts. They skidded for a second then stopped. Rolling over the man pulled out dual blaster pistols, hammering away on the triggers in the sith's direction. They had a Sith Knight with them, blocking each of the bolts that threatened to hit him while the troopers around him took damage.

"Our shebs are kyrayc if you dont mar'eyir a way out of this!"

"Michael, if you yell at me one more time before I get this figured out.... so help me, I will shoot you myself!!!" As they slid to a stop, Jezza quickly scanned the area calmly searching for an escape route. Michael seemed to forget that her eye was a useful tool, but did not grant her the ability to perform miracles. As she scrambled to her feet, she picked up on a break in the heat surrounding them and yelled to Michael "This way!!" As they ran, Jezza continued searching, now was not the time to tell him that she had no plan other than to head toward any and all breaks in heat she could find. Her theory at this point was no heat meant no bodies and no fire, after getting both of their tails out of this, she was going to thoroughly give him a piece of her mind for blindsiding her with this mission. She continued to run following the path of least heat until finally the shooting slowed, she had no clue how long or far they had run, Michael hot on her heels shooting anything that could make her lose her focus. As the shooting subsided, Jezza took a second to slow down and actually take a good look at their surroundings. She realized quickly that she had absolutely no clue where they were. Turning to Michael, glaring at him as only she could get away with, she spoke through gritted teeth "We have very little time, cause I am quite sure they are not done with us. We need to figure out where we are exactly before we go further. Please tell me you remembered a map...."

"Munit tome'tayl, skotah iisa! If it gets you to shaadlar, you can shoot me as much as you emuurir!".

It seemed like they had ran forever and ever all the while Michael provided cover fire for her from behind, but they finally stopped, and saw the look in her eyes, he really wished she had brought her helmet with her. He hated that look. Something about a map made him jump a little, and holster his weapons at his hips. Michael began to fidget with his mechanical hand, tapping it against his armor.

"Well...you see.....what had happen is...".

Shaking his head with a shrug, Michael reached behind his belt, pulling out a little black ball, a recon droid that could link with his helmet's Heads Up Display.

"I got this covered...maybe...".

"Utreekov" she muttered under her breathe, not sure if she was referring more to Michael or herself. He forgot the map, she didn't have her helmet. In her defense, when he asked her on this little adventure, he didn't exactly disclose all the information. she would never admit to him that most of the time her frustration with him was for show. He had yet to get them into an adventure that between them they had not been able to get out of. None of them had ever gone as planned, but each had been successful. She watched quietly as he connected his helmet to the recon droid, after a few moments he began leading the way and she followed closely on his heels, providing him coverage just as he had her. "Michael, any ideas how much further?"

Letting the recon droid hover high in the sky, he used it's telescopic sight inform him of where they were heading, and where the guards entrance to the shanty town could be found. They had literally crashed their ship into the shanty town after sustaining damage from the battle over head. Michael had cursed at their luck. The original plan was to attack key points, but there was no way this way a key location, it was slums. Slaves ran from them, and cowered in fear. When Jezza finally asked how much farther, he stopped.

"I'm not going to lie...we're going to have to make a half a u-turn on our next right...it looks like the guards came from that way...and with that darjetii on our tales..we'll soon be facing those guys again...take my pistols."

As she took his pistols, she muttered again "Haar'chak!, alright what is done is done. Lead on, I'll cover and when we get out of here... It is your turn to buy the ne'tra gal!!" As was her way, she gave him a brief hug before he took off running and she fell in behind him.

With a hug, Michael turned around to begin running again, this time taking the next right, then taking one more right soon after that as the recon droid continued to hover over head and give much needed intel. Thankfully, the major wall was coming into view, but something about it gave the alor a bad feeling. Something was waiting for them there, he just knew it.

"Slow down, let's do some recon before we jump into this like we did this...looks like they are waiting for us."

"Waiting for us...No way, what would make you think such??" Jezza and Michael's bond was such that if she had responded in any other way he would have thought she was worried. "I think it is about time we see what that recon droid of yours is truly capable of. The next time you drag me into one of your adventures unprepared, it may be your last!!" As Jezza leveled out the same threat she had countless times before, they both knew it was for naught. He would lead, she would follow, they would get out of whatever he got them into, this had become a well established pattern that worked well for them. Scanning their surroundings, she knew he was right, there were heat signatures registering all over ahead of them. Unfortunately, Jezza's eye was unable to discern things like friend of foe, and from this distance she could not tell how much of what she was seeing was due to fire. "I can't make out anything definite to guide us, without getting closer. What do you want me to do??"
