Affiliation:
  • The Queen
  • The Concordant
  • Tuas, Laboratory, Des. #01

  • Vanalloy - Refer to novel 'Star Wars: Crucible'
  • Artificial organs
Classification: Biot
Weight: 120kg
Height: 177cm
Movement: Bipedal
Armaments: N/A
Misc. Equipment: N/A
Description: The biot prototype is unique and one-of-a-kind. Created with the use of biotechnology. It was made as a prototype to test what can be made through biotechnology in relation to subterfuge. This biot was designed similarly to human replica droids, in that they're theoretically capable of integrating itself into society without being caught. Unfortunately this biot has not had its synthetic skin applied to its outer-laying, which exposes its vanalloy structure. Internal organs have been placed around the body, and are quite functional but the biot does not require them to operate to live. It is capable of breathing, drinking and eating, but also is capable of ignoring all three of these bodily functions and still operate. This biot is to be used for field testing, to test how it operates, and for laboratory testing on its functions and how well it functions over a long period of time.

Going to consider Vanalloy (after researching) a lightweight metal with no other benefits (not lightsaber resistant, etc).

Is this a droid?

I'm unsure personally. I got the idea from the novel Crucible. In the book, a biot is referenced many times. It is part machine, part organic. From my understanding, it is similar to a droid in the aspect that at its core it is a machine, but has organic parts that operate like any other organic creature.

Oops, totally forgot to reply to this one. Anyways, a biot is a term for all bio-technology, used first (in star wars, at least) to refer to Yuuzhan Vong technology, as they found it insulting and believed technology had "mechanical connotations". As such, this is essentially a biological droid (sort of like a cyborg, I guess?).

This should be "Class Four", as it is still a droid with an artificial droid-brain. If this is not technological, this will likely need to see a species submission in the codex rather than here.

This should be hyperlinked to the page/artist.

Once you've got the above done and figured out we can move on.
