Description: A custom made model, the Westar-39 Experimental Blaster pistol was based on the DE-10 models design, though replacing the normal Xciter with a Rapid Recharge Xciter, and installing a built-in targeting system. However if used without care, the Westar-39 tends to run out of ammo, and as such it is recommended to use it on semi-automatic instead of full-auto. It is used best aginst small numbers of targets at short range.
