Valaine blushed lightly. Such care shown to her spoke deeply. Sure some may think that Vakhari was just being practical with what she said, but the young Sangnir had a sneaking suspicion that it was just a little deeper than that, that somehow she knew the doctor cared enough to put that effort into her if she was terribly maimed or wounded.
"You're so sweet sometimes, 'Khari. I don't think you even notice it..." she spoke gently, unable to help but smile softly at the doctor. "But, mhm. No allergies is good, gives me more to work with. I know you like bitter things, I know you're not a fan of sweet too, it's enough to go off to get started I think." she gave a nod of her head.
Her plans for this date were going to be perfect she had thought to herself. She'd been given this chance by Vakhari herself, and so she was going to do everything in her power to make sure it was without flaw. "I'll ah... I'll get moving then huh? I've got a couple preparations to make now. Research and stuff, you know?" Very important research, like searching 'top 10 romantic meals for your girlfriend'.
With that Valaine finally stood up with a light stretch of her arms and a wince. "Ah- Well... Okay, I'll catch you soon...!" she offered Vakhari a smile and a wave as she made for the door. No making any moves on the short doctor this time, she had enough today as it was and she was certain she wasn't going to best them. When the young Sangnir reached the door she moved her hand to touch the little pad to open it, except the claw of her index finger shot out and stabbed it, somehow shorting out the lights in the room. "Augh-!" came Valaine's sound of frustration, thankfully it wouldn't take her much longer to get used to Vakhari's gift to her...
