Commentarius: Volume I

*This also serves as his self-training*

Recently I have become rather interested in the works of fellow Quermian, Murk Lundi. I've stumbled upon a minimal amount of his works. The sheer detail he placed in his topic concerning Xim Despot was extremely fascinating, but that wasn't the reason for my sudden fascination. Professor Lundi was probably one of the most knowledgeable concerning the Sith. His story, adds a certain ominous air to his works. He was driven insane by his sudden hunger for knowledge, and the power of the holocron of Kodai.

My recent discovery of his recorded lectures, "The Lundi Series" has allowed me to further my knowledge concerning the history of the Sith. With this knowledge, I was hoping to discover some type of way of successfully dealing with the reemerging Sith, or maybe gain a deeper understanding of how their mind, and tactics work.

It seems I have been one of the only ones to not approach this situation with extreme skepticism. Most historians believe his works to be false, due to the fact that he failed to cite his sources. The first couple of recordings seem to express the excitement he has as he uncovers more and more. I'm sure there's something cryptic I've either missed or to come.

From further analyzation it seems Lundi not only went insane from the corruption of the dark side, but from his own inability to provide the evidence he needed. Later on in the series once he established himself and his cause, his voice starts to project an eeriness tone. Around this time Lundi was in danger of losing his job, he failure to prove his works and provide the actual evidence, led others to become skeptical of him. That stress seemed to be taking a toll on him, and thus created his thirst to further find this...artifact.

He seemed to be driving himself more and more down a corrupted and insane path. He explains how not only has this become a big part of his career, he had started to live his life around these works as well. He claims to live by a Sith philosophy, that conflict was the only true test of ones ability. He felt this would allow him to grow, and find this Holocron of Kodai. He agreed with another philosophy that an individual only deserved what they were strong enough to take, this is a core reason why he continues his study of the Sith, hoping that the more educated he becomes, that he would rightfully be deserving of their prized artifacts.
