The Droid Observer of Abregado-Rae stood before the new Complex raised by Gados, Herglic, and Humans of Abregado-Rae among others. The Complex did not seemed that impressive outside, factory like any other, but inside, inside there were forges and facilities that will bring to Abregado-Rae and the Protectorate new generation of armor.

These forges had capacity to melt and shape masses of Durasteel, nearby there were Graphite Fletching facilities with which they could create new pieces of armor for the troops. But more than all of that, the droid was determined to finally put to use an old memory, knowledge from the Vong Invasion of the Galaxy. For there was one metal they were able to manufacture that stopped the Vong's amphistaff, Laminanium. And the droid was determined to manufacture that metal on Abregado-Rae.


And so, it was on that day that the Laminanium Forges would go through their baptism of fire and metal, for their first job would be to form the new armor for HK, one made from the rare Red Magnus Metal he captured during the Undead Incident as a trophy. If they could form a suit from that durable and rare metal, then they were ready for production of Laminanium.

The droid stood in front of the facility, watching the work of his citizens come to fruition. Soon he was to be joined by an old friend, Besaba Willamina, a Mandalorian Smith who was to help him make sure it was all running correctly and efficiently. As well as give him a hand in crafting true Mandalorian armor from the trophy metal.

Basaba was surprised when she had been called in namely because the iron knight HK-36 was many things but not many dealt with her. The large mandalorian though had some other purposes, she needed and wanted to work on making these armored sections for her sister. the laminarium was one thing but smelting it and getting it to strengthen the beskar plates would serve a greater purpose. Perhaps even with the right amount of tech like jump servo's they could create a tank on par with HK or a strong force user. She had some ideas and bringing the beskar hammers, iron dust, charcoal, along with some other equipment in a case the mandalorian weaponssmith glared under her helmet (her version of a smile) as she spoke into her comlink from the Yaim'la where her sisters stood around with their armory of weapons. "Beskar'ad this is Alor Willamina"
Hearing that HK nodded slightly, receiving the transmission from Yaim'la. Soon enough, he would sent one back to them,
"Willamina Sisters, welcome, I hope you have brought your tools? We shall begin with forging metal even rarer than Beskar, plates of Red Magnus, a terrible monster I have given my aid in fighting during the Undead Incident, the beast used these as his armor, and I was able to capture some of them. I have called upon you because I want to fashion a true Mandalorian armor out of them. It will take us at least three days to do so, one for forging and shaping the plates, second for making it air-sealed, adding shielding systems, and various miscellaneous supports, and third for installing weapon systems and putting it all together."
The droid went through the to-do list for the armor, it was supposed to be a major project, something that could be very deadly in the end, but also requiring a lot of work out of them,
"I also wanted to begin the production of Laminanium in these Forges, I have a few designs already drafted on how we can use the metal, both for armor and weapon purposes. That can be something we will do in between working on the Magnus armor."
HK added,

"I am waiting for you in front of the Forges already, Industrial district of Capital City, meet me there."

Basaba got the message and gave a nod to herself as she started lugging the equipment with a more ambitious look on her face. She was glad to help out as needed and prepare a nice buffer for future promotions. She wasn't sure what would happen with the mandalorians if anything but knew from experience bad things happened to bodies of people. It was why she refused to stay on Mandalore preferring Dxun in Republic space while working for the Protectorate and leading clan meetings when called. "Acknowledged." Heading towards the iron knight though she made sure the horak rifle was on a sling across her back with the equipment for working the forge under her arm.

While the droid waited for the Willamina sisters he looked over the designs he had prepared in his head, there was a lot of new designs that would go into this, as well as a bit of retro-engineering. He needed the servo systems and energy shielding used in the Protectorate Power Defense Armor, Mandalorian HUD systems, integrate the armor with the new jet systems the Guild of Hammer developed, as well as test it with a new gas defense system he has created, among so many other things.

Yep, there would go a lot of work into this armor, but, after all, the droid had no Force powers. Instead it was his equipment, his armor, and his body that provided the arsenal of tricks, those were the pieces he used for his Force abilities, not the connection to the Force itself.

Anyhoo,
Sooner rather than later, hopefully, the Willamina sisters would be making their way towards the droid,
"Greetings, Willamina clan, all ready for some productive work?"
The droid gave them a nod, motioning to the Forge building he was standing in front of, inside, the sounds of machinery would reach their ears.

Basaba finally arrived and she looked at HK. She was always ready to work while putting the case down and opening it up, with a look at the Iron man she popped sections of the armor off until she was standing in a tank top and her shoulders rolled. "Always." Kicking open the case she looked down at the hammers and supplies, then at the rest of their equipment. "There are extra supplies in my ship, prepping yours and Allison's will be easily enough." She held a smirk on her face while taking the force detector from her waist and putting it away.

"Good."
The droid nodded motioning for them to follow as he opened the gates to the Foundry, inside there would be large and small cauldrons, filled with metal as the furnaces melted them down. Gados, human, and Herglic workers would shuffle about, covered in protective gear as to not get burned by the heat of their workplace.

Hammers clanged and machines whirred as resources were brought in, and then metal shaped into Durasteel or Laminanium structures inside the Forge, HK was ready for a new advancement in weaponry to begin for Abregado.

He would look back to the Willamina sisters,
"So, we have the Red Magnus Sheets ready, how does one begin the process of forming Beskar Armor Plates for the suit of armor?"

Basaba looked at the droid when he asked how one began and she looked at the case and started taking parts out. "Get straw, pitch, and coaks." She took out chunks of charcoal while setting up for it all. The hammers to pound the sheets and there was clay water for coating the armor to prepare it. "This will take several days, make sure there is plenty of time and do not record these techniques. We have protected armor smithing for thousands of generations because forming beskar is an art not something for everyone."

HK nodded at that slightly as he watched the tools for the armor being taken out,
"I understand that and respect, Basaba."
He begun as with a gesture one of the plates the large sheet was broken down into before was taken to a nearby forge, where in the fires its begun to heat up,
"But I would like to be the one, under your guidance, that pounds and shapes the sheets into armor. Guide me and teach me how to make this suit, I will be the one wearing it, I should be the one who crafts it with your aid."
The droid nodded once more.

Basaba crossed her arms under her chest to get a good grip on her shoulders while she gave the stare of friendship she had... Which was the same as her normal stare just without the waves of hostile intent. "Very well, prep the forge and make sure the coals are white hot, the metal plates will be hammered out by you. The straw and pitch will help seal the clay water until it reaches the level you want it to be." She continued to stand there and moved pulling out the hammers before setting them to the side with tongs and she started putting the coals into the fires.
