This section details basic information of Clan Dathu that has been deemed the most pressing for a rich roleplaying experience. Here you'll find brief descriptions of key historical figures, common names/slang, important symbols and details on everyday life within Clan Dathu!​

The Dathu Clan is the closest to rebels you'll ever find within the vode.

Members of Clan Dathu are distrustful of anyone outside their own clan and especially distrustful of other Mandalorian clans. This is such a strong feeling among the Dathus that they are infamous for only rallying in full to Mand'alor's call if they decide it is in their clan's interest.

Most of the time, a member of Dathu would only ever rally to a non-Dathu cause in order to make use of the situation - such as taking advantage of the battle to pillage the enemy to fill their own coffers. While it is not unheard of for a Dathu to rally out of tradition or for a cause greater than themselves or their clan, it has become increasingly rare with time.

All in all, Dathus value their own freedom and their own clan above all else.

A brief list of Dathu "commandments" to give you an idea of what they are like. These don't have to be followed to a T but are a guideline.​

• A Dathu shalt not trust fully any Mandalorian not of their clan without rare exception.

• A Dathu shalt not rally blindly to Mand'alor's call. Thou shalt consider first thy own ass.

• A Dathu shall always settle clan disputes over sparring, drinking or competitions of competence. Never shall a Dathu betray the clan out of spite, fear nor disdain.

• A Dathu shall always value guns over other forms of combat. They shall also be skilled in fighting in adverse environments.

• A Dathu shalt never value the words or promises of another - especially with outsiders of the clan.

• A Dathu shall always value personal freedom over restrictive service.
