Description: The Lady Protector's Armor is AEL's first foray into the lucrative world of tikulini leather. Obtained at great cost from AEL's facilities on Kyrikal 17, where tikulini are a constant threat in the deepest local mining tunnels, the hide of the tikulini is fully lightsabre-resistant. This quality of the hide of the tikulini has been preserved by careful mastercraft alchemy, as have the Force-resistant qualities of the hide of the terentatek.

The resulting armor is comparable to the Terentatek Duster (the 'Cater Coat'), in that it renders the wearer immune to direct Alter applications of the Force. Telekinetically thrown objects will still do damage, naturally, but when one is wearing this unique and carefully tailored suit of armor, one's internal organs are off-limits to Force influence, one is immune to lightning and various other flashy Force manifestations, and bone-breaking telekinetic impacts are lessened to mere ragdoll status. The neck is high enough to keep Force chokes from being effective. The armor is terentatek hide throughout, with an overlayer of tikulini hide on the long undergloves and on the neck/trapezius region. This defends Cira's wrists, forearms, neck, and collarbones. The rest of her body remains fully vulnerable to lightsabres, and direct Force attacks can still affect her face and head. As with all AEL products, this armor's greatest vulnerability is blunt trauma. Even if a slug does not pierce the armor, the force of its impact can still break bones.

One drop of Rave's blood is contained within the torso piece, unknown to anyone but Rave, a slight discoloration on the leather. This allows her to perform a Nightsister blood trail and track the wearer almost anywhere, if necessary.

[member="Asemir Lor'kora"] - AEL is a specialty leatherworker that focuses on terentatek, tikulini, lotek'k, and leviathan hide. Half a dozen IC hunts have taken place as dev threads for other submissions (mainly minor and limited production), so we have plenty of hide available for occasional one-item subs. The armor was contracted by Cira here. This is the significance of the drop of Rave's blood, due to this incident.
