Life as a private eye has made Cincinatus very wary of details
APPEARANCE:
Cincinatus is about average height. Underneath his coat his left half of his torso is laced with cybernetics. His right arm has been completely replaced, same with his right leg. Half his skull has been remodeled, but res flesh covers the cybernetics. The only way you could tell is via his left red optic. He is of muscular build, his human side always trying to keep up with the cybernetics that run through his body.
