Thema Csapla
Chiss Padawan
[member="Celiana"]
How long had it been since Thema had seen Celiana? Half a standard year? Maybe more? It was too hard to tell. She'd never been too keen on time, but with the Republic fallen, that disorientation had only been heightened. For months, she'd lost her purpose. Now... It was slowly coming back to her. Slowly, but surely. For now, her main objectives were to see her friends. Her master, her fellow padawans, and now, her... Well, now one of them was a knight, it seemed.
When Thema got the news, she wasn't too surprised. Even if her morals were questionable, Celiana did have the makings of a Jedi Knight. But within her happiness laid just a twinge of bitter envy- She was almost master-less now. A full knighthood seemed like more of a distant dream, than an upcoming reality. Maybe, had she not been with the Republic, things would have been different.
Still, the negative emotion wasn't too large enough to influence the hug she enclosed her fellow Jedi into as she stepped off the ship. Face dug into her neck with a grin on her lips, Thema had to contain a cheer of joy, heart fluttering at the feeling of reuniting with one of the tethers to her past. "It's been so long, Celiana!" She exclaimed in a very un-Chiss-like way, before pulling back from the hug, and taking a more composed look at her.
Although Thema herself had changed, taking on a more... Rough look, to say the least- Celiana nearly hadn't. Just as warm as the day they'd first met. That was good. Thema didn't need change.
