- Manufacturer: Chiss Ascendancy
- Affiliation: Chiss Ascendancy Commandos
- Model: CCSS
- Modularity: Is used as a modular for Charric based weaponry.
Production: Limited
- Material: Durasteel, Tibanna Gas
- Can be attached to most Charric system weapons within the Chiss Ascendancy armory.
- Makes the weapon there attached to silent when fired.
- Alternate firing style uses Tibanna Gas to fire invisible shots.
- Attaching the stealth system removes the weapons stun capability.
- Using the Tibanna Gas drastically reduces the weapons ammo capacity.
- Sustained firing is impossible while using the Tibanna Gas. It requires a cool down time to keep the dampeners from overheating.
Utilizing old Imperial designs for stealth weaponry, the Chiss Ascendancy set out to create a suppression system for their Commandos to use in the field. Given the Black Ops nature of their missions, being able to have both silenced weaponry and, when needed, invisible blaster bolts instead of the typical Charric blue beam was a must. As such, the Tibanna Gas attachment was made to be toggled on an off as needed, so no ammo would be wasted while it fired. The Tibanna Gas is rather expensive however, limiting it's use to just the Chiss Commandos.
It's the first of a modular system the Chiss has created in recent years, and should be a good start for future systems to come.
