BIOGRAPHY:
An only child, Chevu originally came from a noble Mirialan family on Coruscant that was targeted by the Sith during their occupation of the Core world. When she was five, her family fled the occupation with their courses plotted for Arkania, but her mother and father were killed when their shuttle collided with debris from an asteroid belt. Fortunately for Chevu, her mother had put her child in an escape pod before the ship was destroyed, so the Mirialan's young life was saved. Once the escape pod landed, Chevu was found by an Arkanian servant for the House of Adasca and delivered to the Noble Arkanians.
The Noble Lady Arcana Adasca, just a child herself, needed a handmaiden, and the pretty little green child was delivered as gift to Lady Adasca. With that decision the fate of her childhood was etched in stone.
Once out of her childhood, Chevu continued to serve Lady Arcana and the House of Adasca with loyalty and dedication, knowing no other way of life. Other than the frightening accident that claimed her parents, she remembered little of her time in the Core, and was generally grateful to be well cared for by the House of Adasca in return for her servitude.
One day, when running an errand for the House of Adasca, Chevu, targeted for her beauty and youth, was kidnapped by a band slavers and drugged. Soon, the 19 year-old Mirialan was smuggled out of Arkana on a pirate freighter, headed for a Hutt Cartel slave fair on Tatooine. The slave fair was raided by the Techno Union and in the midst of the fray, a Sullustan Jedi Master named Nub Oomomo, who was posing as a Dark Jedi looking for slaves, rescued her. Master Oomomo took her to Sullust where her Force sensitivity was revealed to her surprise. For the next year, Master Oomomo trained Chevu to be a fierce Jedi Warrior, sharing with her his desire for galactic peace, as well as his conviction that ridding the galaxy of the Sith was the only way to achieve it.
