• Stability: Medium The Neo-Free Ryloth movement has been known to cause problems for the Pyke Syndicate’s control over the planet, but a full-scale rebellion is a distant prospect.
• Freedom & Oppression: Chasobrin is a rigidly hierarchical society. Slavery is not just common but a major pillar of the economy. Slaves must obey their masters absolutely, and must defer to other free citizens when they interact. Free citizens are generally not oppressed, but those attempting to free slaves are liable to be shot on sight by the slavers’ guild militia.

SECURITY
Medium Chasonbrin is not a fortress-city, but it does have a local police department, a slavers’ guild militia, and a small Pyke military garrison under the command of the respected Colonel Ermar Zalsite stationed there. The city also has a security camera network installed to monitor the slave population and a “neighborhood watch” surveillance network to monitor slave activities.
