(+) Smart - Icthy's brain is like a supercomputer. He's a quick thinker and has a long memory.
(+/-) Mutated - He's far stronger and smarter than a normal Mon Cal, but the only real amphibious adaptation that survived his mutation was his gills.
(-) Communication - Icthy was never really promoted all that far. Mostly because people didn't get the way he talked or thought.


APPEARANCE:

Icthy is tall-ish, with scaly blue skin. His fingers and arms are slightly webbed. A couple of pairs of gills are rather obvious on the sides of his neck, and move when he breathes.
