The holoterminal beeped quietly in the corner as the message came through, as soon as ti was opened, there would be a small holopic of a ground of children from a dozen different species, all holding different cards that said 'Thank You' on it with. there would also be a message attached

Words alone cannot thank you enough for your sizable donation to the orphanage. We have been unable to properly care for the displaced children of the many ward for so long. Rest assured that our donation will be used as you have asked, we will be ubing part of the 10 million credits to rebuild our facilities properly, and the new science and technology building is already the most talked about thing among the children. They cannot wait to learn on all of the equipment that you have donated. And while it is an odd suggestion, we have decided to go forward with your name suggestion of 'Zero Overdrive Learning Center'. How could we possibly deny you the naming rights after the amount of help you have provided. We have begun plans to build everything and we are hoping to have it all finished by the time you come to visit, the children are preparing a special surprise just for you.

Thank you again,
Florence Ba

It’s just tequila and the beach
What day was it?

They were all kind of blending in, weren’t they? Maybe this was what Marek had gone through? She couldn’t blame him. It was fun running a casino, but… at the same time? Pretty tricky. But her datapad went off, and one thing Ryan had told her was to always make sure she was listening for that. What world was she on? Right… space ship. That made that easy. And who… dark hair. Was it Jemm? She hoped so. And was assuming such, that’s why Token leaned over and kissed the… yep that was Jemm, woman on the head.

And slowly got out of bed.

She did a who what to where?

No… no she didn’t. She wouldn’t be that drunk.

Not drunk enough to help the Vitaes. Token was nice, but she wasn’t that nice, not to borders that weren’t quite allies.

If it was that Whale making mittens, that’d be one thing. But this?

“Can you get ahold of Blanchard for me?” She contacted the command of the vessel. This was going to need to be fixed.

Jeong was idly flicking through feeds in her chambers, of course to most it would look as if she were simply sitting quietly. Such was the advantage of cybernetic eyes. The majority of the feeds she was cycling through were not ones she was meant to have access to. The recent expansion of the Techno Union had allowed her to infiltrate several planetary systems before security was tightened. It would have been possible to slice her way in afterwards of course, but there was a higher risk of being caught, and above anything else she was discreet. Zero Overdrive may have done anything she liked, Jeong had to maintain her facade.

A subtle pulsing flash in one corner of her view caught her attention, one of her higher ranked protocols had caught something. She liked to know whenever she was mentioned. Particularly whenever she was mentioned somewhere without adequate security. Her little spiders found them and she went in and erased them. Which was in fact one of the things she was known for in a very few circles.

When an unencrypted holomessage got sent out to someone within the Techno Union had her name in it.. It was caught. A slight frown marred her features. She grabbed the message from the last relay, rather than trying to take it from it's intended destination. She needed to know what she was dealing with first. The slight lines between her brows grew as she read. What was this?

It was possible the name was a coincidence, but unlikely. So the question was this; did Token Waters know about her, or was a third party setting her up? Either way, she wasn't happy. Two fold reaction then.

Check Brightstar. If this was legitiamte the transaction would be easy and obvious. Corporations loved letting people know when they made donations. It wasn't the sort of thing that got hidden. Seccondly hunt down where the message had come from. Did this Healing Hearts exist? Had the message come from them?

Time to go to work..

Normally the challenge might have excited her, but not when her anonymity was on the line.
