Characters other than Masters and Writer accounts unable to respond to Polls

Characters who do not have Master or Writer tags are unable to vote in the poll

Strange. I've been able to vote with this character in polls.

Previously - not only did you have to have over 50 posts, but also have rank tags (Of any type). With the reversion to open tags, I wonder if there's something that was left open ended in the "Required to vote" statement.
