Is Disra a Force User? I understand who both of your characters are, and Irredent is approved for Sith Master, but you may only transfer Force Users. There's no need to transfer Non-Force Users, as they don't have set ranks, only special titles they may request.

You'll still need to create character sheets for both using our Character Rules & Template, but after that, you'll be good to go.
