"It has come to my attention that a certain party, a Miss Blonde has put a bounty on my head. So I am placing a counter-bounty, effective immediately, in addition to a few other bounties."

- Attempting to have me killed, you get a bounty of 500,000. Alternately if you wish the bounty I just put on you to be removed, you can drop your bounty and pay me 300,000.

This bounty is payable to whoever can torture her into dropping the bounty on me.
