- Supreme Leader of the First Order
Without any contender or limits to His power, the Supreme Leader is the absolute ruler and commander of the entire First Order. He is in charge of politics, economy, justice and military equally even though delegating responsibilities to the respective organs in the state, but potentially could intervene into their processes.
Though with that being the case, the Supreme Leader and First Order are extremely constitutional and lawful, desiring a strict order and with it stability and justice in its governmental and judical systems as well as implementing them in the worlds in its cloud of influence. Therefore the Supreme Leader is bound to adhere to them, to embrace and to walk ahead as an example.
- Imperial Heir Apparent - Lord Executor
The Imperial Heir Apparent is the title awarded to the individual who will follow the Supreme Leader onto his seat after death or abdication. This person must be confirmed by at least a two-third majority of the other organs of the First Order and at all times an Heir must be declared to secure a seamless succession.
For the powers, these depend on their rank and position more than on their status. It is usually expected that the Heir Apparent holds a rank and title of power already which also shows the members of the leadership that the individual is capable.

The Central High Command oversees all military operations, their planning and execution, including the Ministries of Logistics and Military Intelligence as well as the Praetorian Knights. - Central Information Bureau
The Security Bureau is both responsible for internal and external overwatch and is responsible for maintaining the judical system, upholding the law and the Ministries of Education and Development. - Imperial Office for Research and Technology
Research and Technology is focusing its efforts on expanding the scientific understanding of the Galaxy as well as its practical applications.

- Sector and System Rulers
Compromised primarily of Moffs and Castellans but also of Vassal Rulers, the Sector and System Rulers answer directly to the Central Imperial Government and its institutions. They are in charge of their respective sectors and systems with full authority to enforce law and peace in accordance with the First Order legal system and Concordate.
