+Strength: Cel is very physically fit.
+Looks: Cel is VERY handsome. This assists in negotiations (occasionally).
-Spice: Cel is a recovering glitterstim addict, and the addiction comes back from time to time.
-Vulnerability: Cel is very gullible, and easy to confuse.
-Emo: Cel can tend to be slightly depressed on occasion, leading to self harm and other mental problems.
APPEARANCE:
Cel is very handsome, and aside from the aforementioned points, Cel has a cybernetic right hand. While this does not effect Cel much, (because he is left handed) it can be a hindrance sometimes.
BIOGRAPHY: "Ever since my birth on Carnelion IV, everyone knew I was different. My parents always told me I was destined to change the galaxy. I never believed them. I never thought they were telling the truth. I always thought they were just giving me a reason to wake up every morning. That all changed when the Empire came. They came in their ships, like daggers in the sky, to liberate us from "the oppression of The Closed." It was all well and good until the Closed fools attacked them. Us Open, we fought alongside The Empire. My parents died in that fight. I was 16. After the battle, I realized there was no reason for me to stay. I joined the Empire, The Security Bureau specifically, to make a difference. So far, I believe I've done that."
